Very trustworthy Hotel”

The room is very clean, the room is very large, the staff's attitude is very good, the price is very cheap, it's worth renting. I will definitely trade with this hotel! Thank you for your service!

Lack of Maintanance”

It was satisfactory when I booked this Apartment formerly known as MH Hotel. Unfortunately the quality control was not as good as MH Hotel after Cempaka was taken over.

Old apartment ”

This is an old apartment at ulu pudu. The room didn't provide hair dryer when request they will tell u must check availability. Swimming pool is small n not so clean . Only provide 2 towel if going swimming will be not enough. Room is big. Car park is not convenient.

Exceptional”

Location is excellent. You can walk 7 minutes to velocity. 5 minutes to subway. The room is spacious. furniture seem is a little old but that fine. It would be great if ti comes with a fridge. I visited the gym and pool but its lock. Have to request access from the reception.

gym room”

the gym room need to upgrade because its seem not spacious. i hope gym facilities and swimming pool can be accesed 24 hours. and customer service doesnt tell me the access code for swimming pool and the wifi kind of sucks.

Very nice place and also easy to find any food”

Nice room,very big room if choose family room and suggestions lamp. Lamp very dark and maybe can change to blue lamp. Or any suitable lamp. Healthy for eyes also. Tq

Spacious Apartment, Value for money”

This was the second time we booked this apartment, the location is great, spacious, and definitely value for money.

Poor facilities ”

First, it took one-and-a-half hour to check in, even though there wasn't any queue at all. Second, the Internet connection is unforgivably slow, despite its strategic location in KL area. Last but not least, no bath rob and toothbrush provided, even for Premiere King room. I hate to say it's probably one of the worst apartment hotel I've stayed in KL.

gym cannot use too old equipment”

overall nice view upcoming 118 tower warisan merdeka from this hotel. but gym is not open surely bcoz old equipmnt i guess.

Indoor Carpark, Near LRT & MRT, Big Room, Comfortable bed, Good price. Need some pest control as there are ants. Basic kitchen facilities. Overall satisfied

Questionable Cleanliness...”

We arrived around 11pm and were given a room but it was completely unmade. The previous guests had left a mess - ants on the table surrounding an empty packet, beds unmade, towels strewn all over, toilet unflushed. Tired and grumpy, we called and asked for another room but they offered us a King bed when we wanted twin beds. They finally found an empty twin room for us but the toilet door didn't close and there were no towels given so we had to go down again to get. If the rooms had been checked to make sure that they were properly made up before we came, maybe the experience would have been better. It's a good place to go though if you are having an event in the conference hall next door!

Room condition”

Overall the room is okay. Spacious. Just that the lights in the room are quite dim. And my room has the smell of smoke. Quite a lot of China people here, and they are quite loud because the room' soundproofing isn't that good.

Easy access to nearest town like ikea, my town, sunway velocity, aeon etc. Also got car park inside building.

Good”

The hotel wanted to charge RM20 per hour for late check-out. I just wanted to check-out an hour later. I have stayed in so many hotels in KL and PJ (4-star & 5-star) and they did not charge an additional fee although I checked out 2 hours later.

Big clean rooms with weak wi-fi. Good staff, good location.
