Value of money, good location and good staff”

I suggest this hotel because the room is so big for my family members. And one more thing the price is worth it dengan bilik yang kami stay. Location agak jauh sedikit dari pantai cenang dan kedai tapi disebabkan i prefer kawasan senyap thats the reason utk jalan jauh ke kedai kedai sepanjang cenang okay. This hotel ada sediakan parking. Overall 5 stars give to this hotel. Thankyou for your good service ❤️

Good stay”

I had a good stay at Cenang View hotel . Staffs were very helpful except for one person . We asked for towel and they immediately changed for us . The lady who checked us in also was very welcoming ! Room was spacious .

Nice Swimming Pool, Great location”

suitable for family holiday, the location is in front pantai cenang and u also can walking to go Cenang Mall and nearest stall... The swimming pool also clean and good for children

Nice Hotel with Big room's: Stayed in Beach view room with balcony. Right in front of duty free shop. Huge packing space, 5min walking to Cenang Beach.

Worth the price”

we got a room with a very nice view or beach view. the location is very strategic and walking distance to cenang beach. apart from that, there were lots of shop downstairs as well.

Value for Money”

It’s a rather strategically located hotel along Cenang Beach area though it’s towards the end of the road. Anyway still within reasonable walking to most duty free shops. Value for money but don’t expect too much other then a competitively priced tourist class hotel.

hotel and the room is big. plus it is located just 2 minutes walk to Underwater World. for the price booking with Agoda, it is value for money.

Beautiful view, shame about facilities”

View was absolutely stunning, and the room had the potential to be lovely. However, it was a bit shabby, with plaster crumbling off the wall leaving a pile on the floor which the cleaner didnt bother to sweep up. Aircon was strong enough, and had to be left on all the time which was really noisy. Shower was inconsistent, sometimes had hot water and pressure, other times a dribble of cold water. Wifi was terrible, couldnt use it. The receptionist explained services were not good as it was CNY and hotel was at full capacity, but then they shouldnt charge CNY prices if they cannot cope with so many people. The lady on reception was very pleasant however, and tried her best to solve problems.

Pros & Cons”

Cenang view is situated at one end of Jalan Pantai Chenang (near to Underwater World Langkawi) but still near to the restaurants and Duty Free shops. I have complaints though on the noise coming from a disco nearby especially in the early jours of the morning. You can hear the music from the disco. Although not too loud but for a someone who is a light sleeper, that is slightly disturbing.

The parking environment is not that ideal which proparbly will be mud if raining, no bellboy or even trolly to bring ur luggage( so you need to carry by ur own), but the lift is quite near with the parking site. The location is good, just few minutes walk from pantai cenang beach or just opposite the mc-d and underwater world... Worth for money.

Unprofessional receptionist, front desk staffs & maintenance.”

i booked hotel rooms at cenang view hotel from agoda, the front desk staff even never prepare our rooms on the date we check in and blur on our arrival then after for long we wait and get different rooms. some rooms have problem with air-conditioning and water pressure very low and we get poor and slow response from maintenance on duty that the rooms for long time never in use, at night only one malay guy look after all the problems and really feel pity for him. one of the room we never use at all because of air-conditions problem and the malay guy help to change another room and that room also same problem at last we ended with share our rooms and the hotel management say their hotel policy can't refund for us. this is how the hotel treat their customers, for singles or one night stay with no choices situation the hotel will be suitable, for family not at all.

Good location, new hotel”

The hotel is very close to shops, Underwater World, restaurants. Walking distance to beach. Very large parking area so no parking issues here. Room is clean, large and comfortable. Swimming pool is big and nice, also has a pleasant view of the beach but it is not really taken care of (beer bottles, trash, even empty and rusty electric kettles are everywhere). The hotel is still under construction but there is no loud sounds. Overall, quite pleasant stay. Just hoping that the pool is cleaned just like the rooms.

Great Place”

They were still renovating some of their rooms and the rooftop when we went there, but overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. VERY convenient location and within walking distance of everything; food, shopping, the aquarium, the beach. Also plenty of free parking space for guest cars. Since it's near the beach, the floor of the rooms and the halls were pretty much always sandy but what do you expect right? Anyway, staff were friendly, everything worked fine, and the WiFi was super fast which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, HIGHLY recommended for families. Personally would go there again if I come back to Langkawi.

No toiletries and room cleaning services”

Room was big but lack of many facilities. I booked two queen size rooms and one of the room doesn't have the long table and full body mirror as another room. No standardization at all and the room light-switch was top on the bed frame and at the midnight accidentally hit the switch when sleeping and switch on the light for few times. The coordination all goes wrong! There's no toilet roll or tissue and any toiletries. We extended the stay to second day due to the conveniences of the location. I mentioned to the lady at reception counter when extending our stay to have a room cleaning service and there's no toiletries. But they just place the new towel on the bed and didn't clean the room/rubbish. They also didn't provide the toilet roll until i went to the store room with her and she pass to me. Really poor service even though is a new hotel. They only provide one room key-card and no extra! No worth the price i paid compare to other hotel i stay at the same area.
