My honest review on my stay at Ceylonz”

I honestly think the room is nice and clean. The air conditioner functions very well (very cold and my friend and I lovin it so much lol). The facilities (the pool, garden etc are very nice and so Instagrammable (extra point for youngsters). The lack part is I honestly think the staffs are not friendly at all, like at all. and the parking space is soooo sempit/small. But I would definitely come again soon! because Ceylonz is located at centre and so easy to book for grab rides hehe

The best staycation!”

With the nice view of KL Tower.. Receptionist staff are friendly. Sky pool is good-huge KL Tower can be seen & one (half) of the KLCC twin tower can also be seen. Have 5 open attractive little gardens with different themes for you to enjoy scenery. Price is affordable. A must visit hotel! Its the best staycation ever !

You'll get to know your neighbors”

I read several reviews that talked about the thin walls and I didn't listen to them, so I ended up listening to whoever was in the next room watch TV, talk, cough and fart. No kidding, I could hear everything from the next room so loud that I was looking to see if there was some sort of window into the that room that was open or something. And they weren't being overly loud, just normal stuff. Wherever sometime can't into the other room the did were SO loud. And when the neighbors want to stay up until 2am, I get to start up along with them since I can hear EVERYTHING. Other than that, it was an ok place, the ac didn't seem to be able to keep up with the heat, the room was never really cool unless it was overcast outside. No blackout curtains so the room was flooded with sunlight as soon as the sun came up. Location was good, pool seemed ok. Elevators were good going up, but trying to go down they constantly skipped my floor (bc they were full I guess?). Personally, I would not stay here again.

The facilities are stunning. But always full and sometimes closed for sanitation.. but anyway all the corner in the suites are instagrammable. Staff are nice, they even allow me for early check in since I have an early flight.. would come again.. just the parking are quite expensive
