Good facilities for the price but noisy”
A lot of construction nearby in the day, and disco not stopping until 2am. If you go there to relax forget it, if you go to party and have a deep sleep, go for it!

The Bungalow is close to The Beach you can walk to the Pier about 30 mins., The toilet was spacious and Good environment. The Swimming pool is Really Busy because they have Pool Party Every Friday about 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. But the Normally the Pool will close about 6 p.m. ,So many Beach Bars around there if you like Party is ok , But if you You like a Quiet place you have to book another Resort or Bungalow Far Away from here .The Music Seems So Loud Every Night there.

Phi Phi island madness”
Breakfast, staff, the local cats
I would have enjoyed my stay if i actually slept. Very annoying that my room 209 was close to the main street which is incredibly loud due to a live music bar across the road (goes till 2am) than add trashy drunken tourists who cant handle alcohol walking up and down like lost souls and your up to 4am. There seemed to be no hotel security so other guests including the polish police and barmy army had no issue making more noise. This place is located in the middle of all the action. Buffet Breakfast was super, beach is a minute walk away. If your out to party all night for 1 night this place is fine but say you want to sleep before 4am forget it ask. Try ask for a room away from the main street or bring some quality earplugs..peace

Absolutely loved it!”
Staff, food, the beach huts
We rented 2 beach huts but soon realized they only sleep two each - we were a party of 5. The staff were amazingly accommodating and so friendly while solving our problem. The 'breakfast included' was great with tons of variety! The bed (at least in our hut) left a bit to be desired but nothing that a properly placed pool mat couldn't fix. Besides that, they were very clean and well stocked. The beach night life was loud for sure, but if you aren't interested in partying with the fire spinners every night, ear plugs are just 60 baht. The Charlie Hut was walking distance to the ferry, shopping, eating out, and anything else you can think of. They are still in the process of rebuilding after the tsunami, but are very respectful of not working too early or too late.

The best location in Phi Phi.”
location, breakfast, staff
The bamboo hut looks quite scary from the outside but once you step inside it seems so much better. Location was the best, very close to the beach and parties. AC worked fine and so did hot water (surprisingly). The construction site's noise didn't bother me so much even my hut was the closest to the site. However, I was too paranoid to take a shower during the day time because construction workers could (probably) easily spot me from the rooftop of building that they were working on. Breakfast on the beach was just superb. I enjoyed the infinity pool alot. Over all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Good location for partying ”
pool, staff, location to pier
We ended up not staying the 1 night we booked. I didn't do my research and I didn't realize it was right by all bars and clubs on the beach. Super loud music. But honestly it's perfect if you want to party and go to bed at 3 am. I was there with my mom and we were looking to relax a little more. The staff was very helpful and wanted to upgrade us for free when we told them we were leaving, but it would still have been really loud so we declined.

Party island and party beach”
Sea view, breakfast, pool
We have booked this hotel for 4 nights first around 2 months before the check in and then our flights changed so we wanted to change the dates, but the system didn't let us to do that since it was full. So we just left two nights our of our booking and thought we will find something on the island. However, at the place there was no problem to extend the stay with the same prices. We have chosen beach front bungalow, and the excitement when we arrive was huge, since you can see a small garden and the sea through your window, but thinking now, I would take a standard bungalow 400 Bath cheaper, as it is just 5 steps behind the beach front and you will spend time in a bungalow just sleeping. The breakfast was really pleasant and it was almost on the beach. The pool is nice ant not overcrowded on that time but the staff is not so caring about their clients. If you decide to stay in bungalow be prepared for quite loud music till around 2 a.m. since you decided to live on a party beach. It total it was a pleasant stay.

Pokey little bungalow”
1. close to beach 2. friendly staff
I wanted something different to a hotel, so booked this as on the beach front. What a big mistake, the room was pokey, could hardly walk around the bed. Bed was uncomfortable, reasonably clean, but nothing special. If you want a quiet night, do not stay here, music so loud (well that's what they call it these days, just the same beat). When walking along the beach by the resort in the morning, trash & empty bottles everywhere from the night before. I booked for 2 nights, but only stayed 1, wasn't putting up with the noise as the previous night. Would never stay here again

its on the beach
we booked 2 nights in a hut and stayed for 1, in the morning we decided that the hut was not big enough for us,with 2 single beds air con that just did the job and the pool felt unclean so we checked out, they offered us a refund but we didn't take it. the rooms are cheep so i don't expect much (remember it is a 2star) its just behind slinky and the party goes all night ,you wont get a quiet night besides that its on the beach if you like to party and your not into comfort and have a tight budget its probably ok and being on phi phi you dont stay in your room your always out doing stuff . i didn't eat hear but i did drink at the pool bar ice cold beer cool music

Stay away”
Location is on the beach.
Smelly room, The mosquito net was dirty and had blood on it. The room smelled like someone had trow up the night before. After we saw the room, we wanted our money back, it was not possible, the only good thing about this place was that we booked only 1 night, halleluja. Bathroom was actually outside, ok there was a roof in bamboo above your head, toilet also outside. Pictures were not like the real thing. I recomment this place to nobody, it was the biggest mistake we did on our vacation. Please stay away from this place. Overpriced!!!!

Not a place you want if rest is your goal”
Our cleaning lady was fabulous, good location to shops and restaurants, and excellent proximity to beach.
The stay overall was okay however the partying and noise level into the early hours of the morning was unbearable. This resulted in no sleep for the duration of our stay. The hotel is not the culprit of the noise level but rather the bars that surrounds the area.

It was good..”
Location, restaurant, activities
We stayed over christmas and boxing day. It was actually quite nice because they had stuff going on almost every night. The downfall of that is that it was quite loud till early morning. We booked a bungalow but ended up staying in a beachfront room. We were pretty dissapointed as it was my birthday weekend and we wanted to do something special, but it turns out it was a good decision. When these reviews say that it was loud from the clubs, it is REALLY loud. You can feel the bass from inside the rooms down the beach, let alone the bungalows which were almost right beside it. The restaurant is really good, lots of choices. A bit more expensive that normal thai. They gave us a bunch of 10% vouchers which was nice. The rooms are definately more expensive than they should be, but i think its the island in general. They have a nice little tour desk to help you plan your day, and the pool was quite nice, except it fills really fast so get there early!

great place if you party hard”
very cute, great view, OK location.
It was very hard to find, directions are terrible trying to find the place and then try to fine the check in office. ..sheesh! The pool is out of service or something never could find it. However they did give me a credit at the restaurant. After finally settling into the very cute bamboo hut that overlooked the bay it was almost heaven! That is until around nine that night. Holy smacks are the bars down the beach ever loud! All you can hear until around two in the morning is the huge subwoofers pounding beat after boom!
