Great hotel on the way from Chiangmai to Bangkok”

We read other reviews and are not sure we agree with all of them. Yes, the staff speak little English, but they were very kind and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed, and looking at the tile work and decoration, a lot of care has gone into them. Can’t remember when I last saw a bathroom tiled to the ceiling. Sure, breakfast is basic, but it has everything for a nice quick bite and they prepare your eggs the way you want. Add the style of the hotel, where they have made nice use of cast iron and wooden furniture: we arrived in the evening and had a great time exploring the place in the morning. Quite different from your usual concrete box. We’ll be back for sure!

Nice little hotel with individual car park under your unit ”

The hotel has a personalized car park lot below the unit. The toilet is hugh and has 2 shower areas (indoor and outdoor). The added plus point is the nice night photos that you can capture in the evening. The hotel is nearby 9pints where you can catch some nice beer and food. Spend a night here before driving off to Khao Kho the following day. Overall a nice hotel and value for money.

Really good, clean hotel with spacious rooms, but almost left”

We almost didn't go in. We arrived around 9pm. The hotel property has low lighting. It looked like a love motel. But the room was already paid for, so we proceeded a little worried. But all was well. The rooms are spacious and very clean, including the washroom, It's not a traditional hotel. It looks like a bunch of townhouses. So you get you own covered parking on the street level with the room over the parking. Even though the check-in was quick and easy, the service was a little impersonal and cold. And the guy who took us to the room was even worse. Stone-faced. Took us to our unit. Didn't help take bags up the stairs. THAT would have been nice, since the stairs were narrow and had to go through 2 sets of doors which keep swinging shut on me. He opened the door to the room, , handed us the keys and left. The hotel is nice, but the owners need to remember that it's called the HOSPITALITY industry for a reason. I have to flip a coin to see if I would go back..

Good security, Great room and good location”

I think it a new hotel cause everything look new and good that I impressed everything in the room was good and cleanliness. I suprised for you can park your car at the bottom of your room. It like your own house. It's very private and good decoration.

Cute resort”

Very cute resort. We booked a triple room but decided to get an upgrade so, we we paid extra 500++ for a family duplex directly to the hotel. The room is cute but a little dangerous for small children since the stairs have no outer railing. Pillows are nice and soft, but the beds are very hard and the blankets are thin. Breakfast is very limited. However, given the price we paid at 1,600++ per night, it’s probably worth the price. I would recommend this place for people who like hard beds.

I love design of hotel, room is perfect, You can only bring your clothes to stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel, you should come and see it by yourself👍🏾👍🏾

Great stopover!”

Stopped in to break up the drive from Chiang Mai to BKK. Room was clean, although looked like nobody had been in it for a while. Could have used a couple minor touch ups (ie. replacing the mosquito repellant, and a light sweeping). Was surprised to find that breakfast was included, and then was let down in the morning. It simply wasn’t very good. Next time we’ll skip the provided breakfast, and head elsewhere. The biggest upside of our stay was the staff - during our stay, our little one became ill. In the middle of the night, we called to let the staff know our daughter was sick, and within minutes they were there to remove and replace the bedding. Check in and check out we’re also a breeze. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Just what you’re looking for in a short stay.

We when with three kids and stayed in two room. The rooms are very nice and clean. It was a pleasant stay.

The property is very pretty, the room has a lot of space and is very nice. But the mattress is not comfortable, which is typical of Thailand.

a very nice property that is let down by the surrounding area. Buildings are well maintained. a car is a must as not much restaurants near by. parking is under your room, so if the car bursts into flames thats your escape route gone. The stairs inside the room have no handrails so beware of that. Breakfast is pre ordered from a choice of 3 items.

Good room, poor food & service”

The physical facilities are great -- adequate rooms and good clean bathrooms. However the setting is rather austere, just the units facing each other across a driveway. The breakfast that is provided is quite poor -- instant coffee, flavorless Thai-style food, nothing fresh, poorly cleaned tables. This would be suitable for people who just need a clean & safe place to sleep on the way through, and who can manage to bring their own food.

very beautiful architecture, a piece of France or Italy in Thailand. Unfortunately there is no restaurant service if one wants to dine in the garden and the staff does not speak english. Good if you want to practice your phasa thai
