Exceptional”

The hotel is very convenient to the Sydney airport domestic terminal and the domestic terminal train station. It's only about a 15 minute walk. The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the restaurant on the penthouse level was a great place to enjoy Happy Hour while watching the planes land. Although the planes come quite close, the hotel is quiet. A lot of thought has been given to the design of the hotel and its furnishings, and this makes it fun to stay here. The price was also very reasonable.

Amazing hotel and brilliant staff”

I rarely write reviews, but after 2 nights at this fantastic hotel I just had to share! I LOVED the warm welcome, the way the staff took the time to tell me what I needed to know and even showed me around and let me know a few fun things that were happening that night ( movie night on the rooftop, happy hour in the bar).... Then, the gym! I am an athlete and love a good gym...this one is perfect. Good quality equipment, well laid out and super clean. The room, while smallish was perfectly designed, good quality everything...and the bed was like a cloud ( usually like really hard beds, but this was firm with a soft layer on top, so super comfy and didn't agitate my back like a soft bed would). The food was actually really good.....and I loved all the choices of snacks, from super healthy right through to very decadent. I will always stay here now when I travel to Sydney .... it is literally a 5-10 minute walk from the airport and then a 15 minute drive into the CBD.

Honestly very impressed!! The room was so new, modern and every little detail was very well thought out (they had anti-fogging mirror in the bathroom!!!) Loved the decor and the interior design of the room. The 24hr self-service convenience store type set-up in the penthouse was another unique perk and it was only 10-ish minutes walk from the airport. For the price we paid we would never have imagined such a standard. Would have loved to have stayed another few nights and definitely rebooking if we're ever in Sydney again. This has certainly increased my expectations and standards for future hotels!!

Perfect hotel for a good price”

By far the cheapest deal for Sydney in highseason. It seems to be brandnew. Great beds, nice and comfy rooms as well as a stylish bar/bistro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Next to the airport which is very convenient. Train station is a 15 minute walk, but easy to reach. One of my first choices in Sydney now!

Great place to staff for a night whilst waiting for my flight. ”

Near the Sydney domestic airport. Can be walking distance to the airport but do offer assistance with booking airport transport just in chance you are carrying big luggage. Cool penthouse restaurant/bar/lounge with a great view of the airport. Limited hot food options. Nil kitchen but do have a food bar with cold and hot food options. Limited cocktails/alcoholic drinks on the bar. But for a place to stay whilst waiting for the flight this is good enough. Room is comfortable enough. Access to own netflex account on the TV is a bonus when one is just waiting for time to pass.

Loved the place, it is very unique and different from other hotels, rooms had everything (including USB charging outlets) and their TV has Netflix! Nice view of the airport and planes flying by even from your room window. High end and modern and yet very affordable, the staff were friendly too and let me check in early from my overnight flight. Will definitely stay there again, the best layover in Sydney ever makes you want to stay longer. Thank you again!

Great Modern Hotel!”

I had to stay one night at the Felix Hotel near the Sydney Airport and was pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the bed was comfortable. The bar and restaurant are were all you needed for a one or two night stay.

Hip hotel at budget friendly price ”

Check in was a breeze. Receptionist let me have the room early. Value for money compared to nearby airport hotels. About 10-15 minutes walk to Domestic Airport. Nice and cozy roof top bar Will definitely book again if I need to transit from Sydney.

One of the best”

Felix hotel is certainly worth the money you pay. It's cheaper compared to other hotels and yet, their service is one of the best out there. The hotel has a modern vibe. The rooms are bigger than most in Sydney, and their TV, it's just cool! Not to mention, it's also one of the cleanest hotels ever. No regrets in staying here. On my next visit to Sydney, I will certainly book in this hotel again!

Great to stay here”

Me and my sister wanted to stay near by Sydney airport. and also wanted to stay clean places. And this hotel is definitely fulfill our conditions :) And staff was so nice to us, the view of room was perfect.

Perfect airport hotel! ”

Stylish hotel in a great location for a night’s layover in Sydney. Friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade on arrival! Within walking distance of the Domestic Terminal (where you can catch a free shuttle to the International Terminal). Also a short walk from Mascot Station for trains to the city (and great for avoiding the airport station fee!).

Needed a hotel to stay before heading to Sydney Airport. Perfect location Has a modern gym Room was very nice for a small room and served it's purpose Staff very friendly We both said it was a great stay and close to everything

Great hotel for plane spotting ”

Quick trip for plane spotting , walk from domestic terminal (roadworks around a bit) Great hotel , , nice setup , awesome views of the runways , kept the child very entertained. Rooms are a good size and a great deal for the price . Walkable to Mascot train for a quick trip to the CBD , with Woolworths as well at Mascot . The local shops down the other end are pretty good as well. Only one minor issue was trying to charge full price on breakfast for a 4yr old and the staff willing to argue the point ,,,,,, might be worth setting a policy in place to help staff avoid getting into a disagreement . Easy fix , just need to make a policy so everyone knows . Besides that everything was perfect and will return. Jason

Exceptional”

Love everything this hotel has to offer. They are pet friendly and I brought my pet puppy with me twice and he is allowed everywhere ! The rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly. Good selection of food in the cafe and the interior is gorgeous. Can’t wait to go back again everytime we visit Sydney ! Only con is the thermostat in the room wasn’t really adjustable and it was freezing in the room the night we visited. But overall, great hotel ! Keep it up

Awesome boutique hotel”

The environment was so lovely and clean, and the staff was just amazing. We enjoyed the penthouse so much and it was such an ideal place to chill. It’s about 15min walk from Mascot station and just 5min drive from Sydney Airport. Would definitely come back again!

50 countries, ALL time favorite airport-overnight-traveler hotel!!! Hip, stylish, efficient, smart staff, perfectly designed rooms & bathrooms! Never taken so many photos of my room!! Loved checking in on the Penthouse Floor where the restaurant was located. Loved the artwork throughout the hotel and the safe elevator requiring a room key to operate. Great Hotel!

Since opening in 01 February, this fun Hotel has all the advantages, with few disadvantages of being so close to the Sydney Domestic Airport. Cheap and clean now, so get if before the crush. Staff training is the only area for improvement, so if you can cope with humans, go for it!

Airport Hotel”

Good hotel within walking distance from Sydney Domestic airport. 10 minutes walk, but you do have to cross one major road. Rooms are fine, they have all you need for a quick overnighter.

Stylish and friendly hotel”

Fresh new hotel with a bright, uplifting decor and charming staff. Comfy bed with good linen. Soundproofed rooms so it's nice and quiet. I stayed in an economy room so it was small but not cramped, just cozy. Even the desk was nice to sit at with a comfortable chair, which I don't think I've ever found in a hotel room before. Check out is at 10am, there was a mini fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, safe, tea and kettle and a 50" tv in the room. No coffee in the room, but they make a delicious one in the 24 hour cafe in the penthouse. They can organize dry cleaning but there is no laundry. It is located where most of the airport hotels are in Mascot. Mascot railway station is about a brisk 10 min walk up a few streets. At the railway station there is Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian restaurants, and cafes, hairdresser, supermarket, dry cleaner and convenience stores.
