Wow, the staff were really nice and house keeping took longer than expected due to back to back bookings. Thus, I was offered a late check out. Thank you. The place as clean, super niceeeeee with great view and spacious. Did a party for 22 people and it was cozy and spacious. I would want to come back again for staycay. There would not be a housekeeping service during the weekends so I could not ask for help to clear away the trash but it was a really spectacular stay. Bathroom was clean and oh yea, kitchen has a lot of machines for u to play around. Esperesso for coffee lover, juicer for healthy peeeps and they have all full set or cutleries too. Good for travellors who want to stay for longer periods.:) All in all, I am in so so love with the layout, the hospitality and the place. Situated in a quiet place and high floors make me feel like I am no longer in concrete HDB blocks. Well enjoyed. Would book again Ps: nvr tried he facilities so no reviews for that.

The property was approximately 3 mins away from the MRT station (One-North), which makes it highly accessible. Room was well kept, amazing view from my apartment room (1828). The amenities was all kept in working condition and suitable for a short/long term stay. The two level loft makes living comfortable and homely. The property also offers grab and go breakfast at their reception, on Monday to Friday. Some improvements might include having more facilities for guest, such as a pool, gym or a game room. Special thanks to my housekeeping crew, Ina & gang for the exceptional service. Receptionists was friendly and receptive to our demands as well. Overall, great stay and good experience. Highly recommend to visitors on a business trip, or couples for a staycation.

Amazing apartment ”
The apartment ist very big and clean it's actually a duplex condo with living room downstairs and bed room upstairs. Very nice view specially night time. The gym is so big with a nice view stuff are very helpful on the roof top the provide a big swimming pool. MRT in the building coffee shop, Korean and Thai restaurant and bars near by. All in all i can high recommend this apartment i will come back

We had a late flight and arrived at Changi airport in the early morning. When we arrived at hotel, we were so tired and felt quite dirty with a layer of sweat all over the skin. The staff understood our situation and managed to arrange a temporary room for us to freshen up. That totally made our day! For their great hospitality, we will definitely come back for next occation!

The hotel is modern, extremely well equipped d has great transport links. There is ample food and coffee shops in the lower and basement floors including an excellent supermarket should you want to self cater. One North on the circle line is in the basement levels giving good access around the city. The staff from front desk to service staff are polite, welcoming and very helpful. I don't hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay, especially on business trips, a great find!

Excellent staff (friendly and professional), clean and tidy facilities. The only reason I am giving three stars for "Cleanliness" is because the bed had a bit of mold-like smell. I presume this was the issue of that specific room. However, I will be willing to stay here on my next trip.

What I like in this hotel the most is that the staff are very helpful and very friendly. Special thanks to the lady preparing breakfast (Bospa) she is very nice and prepares excellent food. The hotel is suitable for business trips but away from touristic areas and surrounding shops close in weekend and holidays

The apartment hotel is beyond my expectation. It's really spacious and the view was amazing. The living room, balcony, kitchen (all the kitchenwares are included), bathrooms, and bedroom are amazing! but the home theatre aren't able to connect to our phone so we could play our own music. As they mentioned they have ipod docks, but it wasn't included when we reached there. But it's definitely a great place if you wanna be away from home. Good for family or groups. The location is definitely not for tourist as it's on the west side and quite far from city area. the hotel is in one of the office building and it's a bit complicated because of the different building names and it's very hard to find the hotel lobby as it's like hidden at a corner. but it's definitely near the mrt station and taxi stand. The gym and pool is not within the hotel. we have to cross the bridge to another office building to Fitness First to use the gym and pool. There's no convenience store for you to buy groceries so you have to buy your own so you could cook in the apartment hotel. Overall stay was satisfaction!

Spacious loft with great view. Carpark is cheap on weekends and it's also nicely located above One North Station, which is only a few stations away from Harbourfront. However, it might not be ideal for major cooking as the open concept kitchen will cause the whole room to retain the smell of food for quite a while. Otherwise, all good!

Good location, excellent staff but beware of noisy neighbours”
its ideal only for a small family/couple. As it has failrly larger than average rooms, some residents have been using these rooms as 'party central'. While staff was excellent they were not strict in enforcing the no smoking and no noise beyond 10 pm expected of the hotel. The gym is not at the hotel but inconveniently located in another building, where you'd have to access an office block to get to it. Breakfast was lovely.

The executive loft is very spacious will all the necessity we needed (I.e. ironing, hair dryer, kitchenware, etc) . Sun will shine through the windows in the daytime which make the room bright enough without switching light and we love that projection of natural light!

This is the best service apartment that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional and friendly. The view from the apartment is fantastic as it was located on the 17th floor. In the apartment building itself there are food courts and a supermarket. The MRT is just located at the basement of the building. The only down side is that there was no pool or gym in the facility.

Great place - felt like home for the week”
Super place to go back to in the evening. The dispositionon two floors is nice. All amenities are available (for vooking, washing, ironing, ...) If a point of attention is needed then I would improve the breakast area which was not up to standards in terms of cleanliness and choice. Personally I would also have expected a nespresso like machine in the apartment. But overall, excellent place, I will return there.

Spacious apartment with a splendid view”
The apartment is very specious and comes with 2 bathrooms. It has a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The outdoor gym has a nice view and it has a sky garden also. The staff at the lobby were attentive and helpful. The housekeeping also did an amazing job.
