Hotel location is strategic. just 100 meters to Monorail Station and 400 meters to KL Sentral Station which you can catch KTM Komuter, LRT Kelana Jaya, KL express&Transit, Go Genting, and airport bus . This hotel located in Brickfields area as known as little India of Kuala Lumpur. Cleanliness is awesome. Coffee and tea maker works good. At the end of the alley there is an iron. electronic plug inside room work properly. shower and water heater works good. Television channel is worth with what you paid. Air conditioner works good and cool. I stayed in Deluxe Triple Room with city view and window. I choose room without breakfast so I could not give rates for breakfast. Staff is helpful with my request.There are many choices of breakfast near the hotel. Facilities is basic which is matched with this hotel concept. Lift works good. You will not confuse to stay at this hotel because it worth for your money.

KUDOS TO THE MALE RECEPTIONIST! ”

Our group arrived around 4:00 am on KL Sentral. Then just across the terminal is the Citi Hotel - accessibilty wise. The receptionist catered us well as our arrival time was way too early than the usual 2:00pm check-in time. Around 5:30 am, a couple had their checked-out and the receptionist let us stayed on their newly abandoned room so we can conveniently relax (we took a nap) and prep. We got out of the room before the proper check-out time but there's a new shift of receptionist, so we had to explain the fuss. We were actually worried for the 'good receptionist', thinking he might be suspended for his good deed on us but against the hotel policy (i guess), as we haven't seen him for awhile. The room is not that big but enough, clean and simple, not sound proof as you can hear some noises outside while the comfort room is spacious. Over-all, it was an easy access, the room rate is superb for a budget hotel, the receptionist was the best and our comfort of stay was very satisfying!

(+) - very good location, domino pizza in front of the hotel, and so many other restaurants near the hotel, also there's train station, mall, bus station that very near with the hotel -hot water works fine -very clean room -facilities are good; soap, shampoo, 3 mineral water, coffee, hairdryer, kettle -good price for the hotel in KL sentral with good location and facilites -they dont even ask for deposit if that matters to you -the staff is pretty responsive (-) -they didn't refill the toilet paper, but they immediately refill it after we told them.

Located just beside KL Sentral Monorail station. Walking distance to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral LRT, KTM station. Plenty of food outlets and convenience stores nearby. Room is small but reasonable. Clean. There's water boiler, mini fridge, TV, towels in the room. There's no hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste. At only RM40+ per night during this pandemic season, it's very cheap.

Got few unit located at ground floor. But to go to higher floor u have to climb up a few stairs to go to the lifts. If you are travelling with wheelchair bound person u might want to request for the ground floor unit. If no unit available than dont opt for higher floor. The room was quite cramp but what i love about this hotel is... the room was equipped with minibar, hair dryer, coffee and tea, tv, sejadah in the room and phone. Some budget hotel are half complete. This one is awesome. Iron you can find at the end of the hallway. What u need is there dont have to ask from room service. The bed is comfee and clean. Good beds is what you need after a tiring day. Location is Awesome too... Walking distance to monorail ..Nu sentral.. KL Sentral ..Restaurants etc. They do not have private parking though. So dont forget to buy parking coupon or purchase parking ticket via app smart selangor. The DBKL compound is not cheap RM50 min.

comfortable stay with affordable rates, it is slightly far from the monorial station and kl sentral as it is located behind of. but the room rate is affordable and best price. If you have limited budget, you may choose this hotel with walking distance to the monorial station and nu sentral.

Excellent”

Citi Hotel is very near to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral Station. Location wise, this would be an excellent choice! The room that we had got a large bed. It has a cabinet and a personal fridge too. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed too.

During MCO”

Stayed here for about 5 days during covid times, when it was starting to relax but before the second wave, around August. Didn't feel restricted at all, talking about KL covid response in general, but you could apply this to the accommodation as well. Great location if you want to be near KL Sentral. Laundromat is just across the street. Room is small but decent for solo travelers. Closest Covid testing center during that time was Pantai hospital. Got the results next day.

Strategic location”

I love to stay here. The location is very strategic. Near to Kl sentral, monorail, 24hr Stalls and laundry. Room is clean but quite small for a family with children. But the price is cheap enough for us and match our budget. Receptionist was very helpful during check in. Recommended hotel for a low budget traveler

The best hotel ever I have stay in kl. Very near to kl sentral and there have mamak stall that open 24 hour. But I can hear sound of open water at the right room, overall I love this hotel especially when they do housekeeping everyday

It's new hotel so everything are running well. The cleanliness is perfect. Cold aircond as well. There's an iron at the end of the corner. Location is perfect, just steps away from kl sentral. Looks like it's worth every penny me spent for.

Excellent Stay, Excellent Care”

I called up in advance to know if I can self-isolate here upon arriving KL. It is a relief that they accept guests like me! Because even without symptoms, other hotels that I called are not keen to take "risky" guests; which is understandable in this pandemic but very disheartening. Citi Hotel management shows no prejudice and treats you professionally upon your arrival. Mr Mohsiur and his team diligently adhere to SOP while being hospitable to every guest. I know where I am staying when I return to KL. Cheers!

Accessible great location!”

Just use the bridge & elevator to go down across Nu Sentral and walk behind ABC restaurant about few steps. Very convenient and spacious room. I just cross to NU Sentral back for my dinner. For muslims, they provide qiblat & prayer mat in the room.
