Citilink has exactly like USA TOWN PHILIPPINES...Nice and clean rooms, friendly, helpful, caring staff, centrally located, amenities, the place has a reputation that stands a cut above the rest accommodations. Absolute Best Value in the Area”
I am wowed by the value. The location is superb. You are right near the mall, gym, laundry, bus station, church, currency exchange and facility is well-lit, clean, offers free gated parking, 24-hour security and free breakfast. The staff is excellent, friendly and addresses any problems immediately.

A good ppace to stay”
We went to Lucena and stayed in this hotel in time for Pahiyas Festival. The hotel is located in front of SM so it is very easy to find and accessible to everything. It was our first time in Quezon but we didn't get lost. There were tricycles that can go to the terminal so it was easy for us to travel to Lucban and from there, it was easy to catch a van going back to Lucena. We'll stay here again in case we go back next year :)

EASY ACCESS TO SHOPPING, FOOD, BANKS, BUS AND CHURCH”
Really in front of SM Lucena and accessible to all although there is heavy traffic all around the area. The noise if there is an event in from of SM can be heard inside the hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room size and bathroom not that big. No elevator for this four floor hotel. Filipino breakfast is filling. Good for one or two day stay if you are only passing by Lucena area. Will recommend to friends if they need a quick overnight stopover.

Great facilities, very nice and helpful staff, room was very clean. However, the location is extremely difficult to access because of the way the roads are constructed here. Also, the parking area is extremely small and can't accommodate more than 4 or 5 cars maximum depending on the size.

I asked for late check out 'coz my exam is until 4, but they didn't offer their storage something (it's like storing your things in a locker or something.) which is much more cheaper than extending my stay.

Great value for money and location”
It is located directly in front of SM Lucena. My booking included breakfast. You have to inform them the night before what breakfast you want so they can prepare it ahead of time. The breakfast meals were satisfactory. The room was clean. The airconditioner worked well. They provided bottled water, towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and tissue paper. There was a TV, table, chair, safety box and closet. The bathroom had a bidet and hot and cold shower. The only con is that I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.

good experience but highly likely wont come back. breakfast was good. but there was a gap when I call to confirm about late checkout(contact number as per agoda) and when I am already there. Anyway, since there was no text or mail confirmation, I cant argue with it. I just hoped that they wont give their customers false hope in future. will recommend to anyone if they have business around area.

i booked for a deluxe room but they give me a economy room! considerate enough to give me 1 more hour for checking out late.. AC is not that cold, been sweating the whole night even if the tempt is at 16° Bfast is ok for a guest like me that is not looking for a 5 star hotel type of bfast.. Near mall & terminals.. No elevator though for pregnant, senior, pwd guest.. some fixtures in the bathroom is broken and need to be fixed! The sun will wake you up early in the morning bcoz they only used window blinds! its better if they will change it with a thick curtain so guest who wants to sleep more can enjoy there sleep.. do i check in here again, yes but not for a long stay
