Best hotel ever in Masjid Jamek”

Booked a queen bedroom for a family with toddler.. First of all, this hotel is situated just besides Masjid India and very near to LRT Masjid Jamek station.. For those who wants to try riding LRT to KLCC or to TBS, this hotel is the most suitable one.. And for those who travel by car, InshaAllah there are parking lot beside the hotel, in front of Masjid India.. Plus, this hotel provide a lift which is helpful for us since we have a kid with us.. Breakfast is not provided but it's not a problem since there are stalls beside Mydin just a distant walk from the hotel.. Some open for breakfast, some for lunch and some for midnight dinner.. Iron board provided on each level, water heater works perfectly, aircond is very cold at just 30°C..

VALUE FOR MONEY”

Very helpful and plight staff in check-in counters, specially Mr Ram. At first i got a room without window and it was bit uncomfortable for me. the very next day i informed to Mr Ram regarding same. Without any hesitation he arranged a window room within few seconds. I was delighted to get a service like that, since i work for a service oriented organisation(Bank). Thank you for the excellent service Mr. Ram and the rest!!! Hope to visit again.

Strategic location and reasonable price”

Location is very strategic, near to mydin, ATMs, and mall. Price is reasonable. Staff is friendly. Clean room. I booked for double bed. The size of room (number 302) bit small, no chair and table (which other room has) My room only have one nightstand to put desk telephone, electric kettle, and cups, that left me no space to put my handphone and charger. Because the power outlet only one. The closet also very small with size only one door, which other room have big closet with small drawer inside. There buzzing sound come from the closet, i think it from the power box. Toilet is okay.

Great Accomodations, Excellent Location”

Had a great view of the city from my room. Breakfast was varied and delicious. VEry convenient to LRT, Little India, etc. Nice handheld shower and toilet with bidet attachment. Drawbacks are only one electrical outlet in my room, steep front steps with no ramp for people with mobility problems, and the calls to prayer from the mosque next door take a little getting used to, especially the one at 5:30 in the morning. But I'd definitely stay there again, no problem.

Totally gonna visit again everything was just good and they should receive more star great service good stuff and facilities and as well the hygiene is superb! My family feeling comfortable during our stay good job 👍

Always Citin”

Been here multiple times but this hear the services a lot better. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good location. I booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting rooms and the receptionist able to arrange for it.

Good hotel for traveler”

Old couple traveler.. Room is two single bed, have a lil problem during checkin because they had to check every single system for the booking.. Lift provided, iron board on every level, water heater ok, aircond ok.. Food have stalls at Mydin, or morning market on Friday at LRT besides Masjid Jamek, or night market on Saturday at Jalan Tar..

Im very satisfied with their service, my booking did not reflect to their system in the first place, but the staff just give me a room to stay, and keep convince me not to worry, until the time I need to checked out then my booking reflect to the system. Good place to stay”

Staff is naturally friendly and location is unbeatable. Near everything you may need , be it public transport or night market or places to eat. Room has good facilities but it definitely needs more shelves to take your stuff out of bags and keep the room tidy in the same time. Just a little bit more cleanliness will improve the hotel even more. When I checked in I found few little cockroaches ,but immediately the front disk apologized and was more than happy to change room for me. Cockroaches are common in tropical and subtropical climates so it is probable to encounter them during your stay in any KL hotel. But as I said the staff was attentive and responsive and super in accommodating my needs. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.
