The room and the hotel facilities are clean. If you are looking for roomy bathroom facilities, the room is inadequate -- counter top space is very limited and there is little space between the toilet and bathtub. The bed is excellent.

The staff were all friendly. The whole place is clean & nicely decorated. Workout room & pool were great to have available. Shuttle service was extra helpful. Beds were very comfortable. An all around great place to stay.

Hotel staff super friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Friday and Saturday if you are wanting to swim you will not be alone - they host birthday parties and the pool is filled with kids because of the water slides. Sunday evening we got the pool/hot tub pretty much to ourselves and it was awesome. Slides are super fun even for us over 50 people!

The pool was down for renovations until further notice. I l checked the actual hotel website and the maintenance was stated there but it did not mention it on agoda- if you are looking for a specific accommodation make sure to check the actual hotel site. For a relatively-new, 3-star hotel, this place was unimpressive. Sections of the decorative panels in the lobby were falling apart. Good value. Attracts a lot of "rough" type people. A lady was using the phone in the front at midnight talking about getting high. Despite the awkwardness the staff was exceptionally friendly. Full breakfast in AM was a bonus which saves time in my day! Would do it again.

Staff made us wait for 20 mins before we were allowed to book cos we arrived at 2:45 & booking starts at 3:00pm!!! REALLY?!?!???

The one big negative was sharing the balcony with the (connecting) room next door. Looks like all the rooms overlooking the pool were set up like that.

There is a self serve yogurt place right across the street that made a great bedtime snack!

BREAKFAST HAS BOTH HOT AND COLD, THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND ACOMDATING.

Hotel is in a great downtown location, close to shopping and restaurants. Most important it was a within 3 blocks of two of the major hospitals in town, which happened to be what we needed this trip. Only 2 things kinda sucked the wifi would not connect well and was slow, and from time to time you would get some street noise. Pool was great!! Water was not cold like most hotels, it was a nice temp. Staff were friendly and the hotel and rooms were very clean.

Bed sheets I don't believe were changed ,bedspread dirty ,carpet needed a good vacuuming,easy chair appears to have been set on by someone without underware and was soiled,this is the poorest super eight we have experienced....
