Enjoyed my stay here at Boro Bay. It's located across from a wavy beach full of roaming stray dogs. First time in Eastern Samar and found Borongan to be a friendly small town. Not much else going on. Relaxing quiet overnight stay in Boro Bay Hotel before taking the jeepney back to my girlfriend's province of Oras, so about two hour or so jeepney ride. Nice stopover her...
