"We stayed for 3 nights before moving onto another igloo for a night and to be honest I wish we had stayed at the star artic for all 4 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was beautiful but unfortunately we did have a hiccup( an issue that could’ve happened at any hotel). The manager handled our complaint with such professionalism and provided generous compensation so much so that I highly recommend the star artic to anyone considering travelling to the area. Thank you to the staff at star artic and we can’t wait to visit again. "

"There is a river behind hotel which very nice view from the room, staff very friendly and helpful. However the room sound proof is very weak, food in the hotel is very pricy would rather suggest to eat at petro station opposite or papana pub. Hotel breakfast is simple only offered 2 hot food like scamble egg, sausage or bacon. The room rate is just slightly cheaper than Hotel inari abit which i think i would choose Hotel Inari instead in future."
