"It was nice. I had a lil problem while check in. And this is because I made booking on agoda.com and they(hotel reservation) didn't received any mail from agoda.com till I check in regarding my bookings as per hotel management said. There after they denied to give me super delux room as per my bookings saying that they hv no rooms available for this category. Then after long talking they upgrade me to club room for my convinions. They also told me that they don't have any bath tub in super delux rooms.but on resort website and in agoda.com they are showing that they have bathtub in above said room category. So I suggest that if u don't have such facilities then u should not keep such data on website. Bcz customer keep remembering all the things which u r promising on website while booking. Else this things I personally feel relax at this resort.and had lots of fun with my family.and I enjoyed a weekend and stressed out.i recommend this resort as value for money. One again request to hotel management to update their website and give proper details to agoda.com also as like me many people can face problem while check in. "

"Please confirm all terms and conditions while booking through Agoda. Either Hotel La Heritage or Agoda someone is making fool out of you. There is dispute going on between them because of which travelers suffer"
