I intended to book the room type with open hot spring bath and therefore I choose to pay a higher price. But when I enter the room, I notice that it is a indoor bath inside a bathing room (though it is hot spring), the staff tell me the picture of the room type is not correct, and cannot swap another room to me. Nice stay for two nights. Very affordable although located a few stations out of Kyoto. Hotel does provide a shuttle bus service to Kusatsu station. Bed and pillow a little too firm for my taste but otherwise the room was very good - clean and modern.

The location is not far from Kusatsu Station as taking less than 10min on foot. The staffs are kind and cleaning condiotion of room i spreety good. Breakfast is not bad but also not various because a guest should choose one as provided.
