This is a good place to stay if you are traveling in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The morning breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. We able to get a ride on the shuttle to the transportation terminal in Balibago. I would advise booking as early as possible so that you can request a room on an upper floor in the rear away from the karaoke bar. Our room was on the side of the hotel entrance and it sounded like the bar was right under us. This was on a Sunday. The desk told us that it closed at 10:00nPM but it stayed open until 10:30. After that it was quiet. There were no wash cloths in the restroom and you had to buzz the desk for toiletries. But, overall, it is the best value in the area.

rosa). i chose this hotel because we have a plan to go to tagaytay which is easily accessible from the hotel.

In the first night we got a room for smoker. After complaining about that the next day, we got a non smoker room.

Unfortunately internet connection didn't work there. They tried to fix that, but unfortunately after that nothing worked at all. No internet connection for almost a week. That's terrible. Even we ask a few times for a room service (new towels, change the bed linen, empty the waste bin), nothing happened within a whole week. That's out of any question. The beds are covered with synthetic leather, so you will sweat even with the (very loud) air condition. You can imagine how the bed linen feels after using it for a week. Don't you? The staff didn't recognize that they drive a "hotel" and how this should be done. Once I woke up at 1:30 am, because the music in the lobby was so loud. (Like they would have a party there). This is totally terrible. All in all, I would never reccomend that accommodation. Maybe just for those who want to stay there for just one or two nights.

Everything is nice from the start of our stay to the end. We got to enjoy the hot springs on our first day.

Very relaxing I might say. Temperature is just right though one pool is a bit hot than the others. Giant waterslides were opened only during saturdays and sundays. So we enjoyed it on our second day. The resort have two giant slides (yes GIANT). The experience is the best. Your heart will drop as you fall. :) They maintained the cleanliness of the resort. Overall good :)

Overall our stay was what we expect it to be. Our main objective in visiting Pagsanjan is to be able to see the Falls.

We were able to do just that. The staff was able to arrange the tour for us. The comfort and value offerred by the hotel was an added bonus for us. We are very satisfied with our hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is quite secluded but not too far off. There was secured parking away from the main highway. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Good for kids and relaxation as there is a jacuzzi as well. Food is quite a challenge but the staff was able to work something out for our breakfast. There are places quite close to hotel for your lunch and dinner. They have exceeded our expectations of a provincial hotel in the Philippines. Will definitely recommend this hotel to those going to Pagsanjan and will be coming back here for the summer to see the whole of the Falls. Thanks to Sharon in the front desk and Jerry (hope i got his name right) and the rest of the staff who assisted during our trip and stay here.

nice quiet location in town. we did not use but saw they had a water slide and pool for children and adult use.

we had free breakfast with our stay but my wife would enjoy some oatmeal every now and than but they did not have. staff are very friendly and try to please our requests. no telephone in room so cell phone a must. free wifi on site also a plus.

it was pleasant, overall, good, but, we were told upgrade for 5 night and paid it,,to find out it was per night.

.. so we negotiated that alright, as was a communication error, but overall..pretty good, there is small tvs but for the price still good considering it is also good for family with a kiddie pool and slide.., the large pool is also public, but it is not that used, but very good size for swimming at about 7.5 ft in the deepest, the natural hot springs water is perfect temp for a nice warm water bath.... the rooms are well kept, and the staff overall fine, good location , there is a nice therapeutic massage next door to the place on the park side, with also a nice kids play swing park... if u like basketball there is also big courts,....enjoy p.s. even though it is bordering the lake there is no beach but I wouldn't swim in the lake.. also very close walk to rides/ jeepneys, karoke.. a close live band bar n grill, tomey grill, there is a nice mall in calamba not too far from there.., and good markets in los banos, no prob

I didn't know what to expect at first coming here...Tong Tong (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly, he is a man of strong character and pureness of heart)took my luggage and helped me to my room, which was a charming bedroom on the top floor.

I got the feeling that I was staying in my grandmother's attic, which felt wonderful to me. Moments later I came downstairs and for the first time I met David, Madie's husband. I asked if I could borrow a knife and David, with his excellent sense of humor, asked if I was going to kill someone. We laughed together and he told me "just act as if you are family here" and I could tell that he really meant it when he said it. Madie is an incredibly sweet and smart woman that will always give you a warm smile and offer to help you in any way that she can. Geraldine is also an amazing member of the staff, very polite and an amazing cook. I'm running out of room here but just take my advice and stay here for a lovely experience that you'll never forget

We only stayed in this hotel for two days but it was a very comfortable and pleasant visit. We are backpackers who were making our way up from Donsol to Manila airport and decided to stop off and see another location on the way.

This hotel offers a lot of extras and receivies the strongest Wi-Fi I've experienced within the Philippines. The breakfast is basic but tasty and filling. You are also welcome to help yourself to free tea, coffee and water throughout the day. The staff are willing to bend over backwards to help you by providing a host of information on things to do in San Pablo including handy transport information. They even went as far as to drop us to the bus station and negotiate our fare, to spare us being ripped off. I would certainly recommend this hotel although San Pablo is not full of activities, apart from your run of the mill sightseeing spots.

The best thing about it is it is so close to Manila, just an hour's drive from the airport. It is well known for cultural, historical and natural significance.

The national hero, Jose Rizal is from Laguna and his house is a tourist attraction. There are also several beautiful churches; hundreds of resorts with hot springs that are therapeutic for aching joints and muscles. Filipino food served in restaurants are truly delicious! Mt. Makiling looms majestically in the middle of the province and nature's beauty is well preserved.

Los Banos has some hot spring "resorts". A retreat for Manila's working class. Terrible traffic. Visited friends there.

Otherwise no reason to go there except to see the waterfall at Pagsanjan.

Trycicle drivers and local people will try to boost up costs for tourists as they seem to look at us all as ATM machines which is normal anywhere you travel in Asia.

Returning from Enchanted Kingdowm we wanted a trycicle to take us from SM Calamba to Rockpoint Resort but the drivers were giving us their best price which was 150-200 peso. However, cost should be no more than 50 peso so we took a jypnee instead.
