"The first place that I have been on holiday where the views are the same as the photos you see advertising the hotel. White sands, aqua blue seas and a real tropical island paradise. Of course Paradise has a price tag and it’s pretty hefty but then you must remember that living on an island is not cheap. Generation of electricity, desalination of water removal of waste by boat, hotel staff living on island as well etc all have to be paid for. We went bed and breakfast and so paid for evening meals at the restaurants at the hotel where you should allow GBP200 per night for a family of four. Think of it as eating in a top restaurant but located in the Maldives. Oddly enough, whilst the food is expensive the alocohol is relatively good value. USD 5 for a beer, USD 7 for a glass of wine and so on. Everything is priced in USD at the hotel and best to bring a big pile of cash to avoid additional credit card charges. The water sports are also quite expensive. It was USD 80 for 1 hour on the trimaran, USD 60 for 10 Mins on the towable inflatable and 55 USD each for a half day island hopping tour. Avoid the island hopping tour as it is just an excuse for the boat people to take you to a local island and gift shop where they try to sell you expensive souvenirs. Although I don’t think badly of anyone for trying to do this as life is tough for a local living in the Maldives and they have to make their way in life some how. I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful and the beaches and sea are second to none- superb. The accommodation is a little tired and needing maintenance. All in all an excellent holiday and worth the money we paid although expensive "

Book on Low Seasons to get half price deals. We even got upgraded to a Sea View Room! Just ask if they are available. Best eat all you can breakfast! Book a room with freew breakfast and you wont regret it. Tip 2. Who says going to Maldives is expensive? we have our Snorkeling, Turtle watching, Wale Watching, and Sandbar experience with Free Lunch for only $25. They have evening dinner by the beach for only $15 (eat all you can experience) unli pasta unli barbecue and so much more! Tip 3. Hotel transfers are only $50 two way (shared speedboat). When you land at the Male Airport there is a free call or free telephone to call anywhere in maldives as long as it is landline. it is located at the information assistance booth. "Location wise this hotel is the best on Maafushi island and they have the best Infinity pool on the rooftop. Very professional staff, very clean and new building. They provide great and fun activities and excursions with very reasonable prices, special thanks for the Italian lady responsible for the excursions, doing activities with her were a great experience. The hotel manager Mr. Ibrahim is very professional and always around to check guests satisfaction, he makes you feel like you are staying at your home. Mr. Visham the housekeeping manager and his staff are doing a great in keeping the hotel always perfectly clean. I would like to note as well the outstanding service of Abdulkadir in serving the breakfast with a big smile each morning."

"About the Hotel - Clean & Comfortable: They clean our room everyday, well ventilated with pleasant smell. - Friendly Staff: Keen for help whenever you need any assistance. Casual and neat uniform present a relax and island feeling of the hotel image. - View: Staying at the 2nd storey with sea view balcony. It's nice but obstructed by coconut tree - Facilities: Free rental of bicycle, snorkeling gear, beach towel. Nice rooftop sundeck view and seat. Can use the swimming pool at another Kaani branch hotel (few minutes walking distance away) - Disadvantage: Slightly poor sound insulation, but overall it's is acceptable unless you meet the guest who are shouting. xD About the Location - It's cheap to arrive, but it takes 1.5 hour to the island of this hotel from Male, unless taken with speedboat which is only 0.5 hour - Nice sea colour as where you see in other Maldives island. But the shore got lots of tiny stone which you have to walk through before go further - There are other nearby private islands can be visited with the excursion provided by the hotel (with reasonable price). - Nice locals and feel safe to walk around the island. - Restaurant nearby the hotel Overall, I strongly recommend those who are coming Maldives with constraint budget, and here is one of the best choice. "Very luxurious, new hotel on a tiny, picturesque island. Friendly, helpful staff. The spacious watervillas with outstanding inside/outside bathroom, private pool, gentle descent to the sea made our stay perfect in every aspect. Delicious food from around the world on a very high level, maldivian cuisine combined with cultural evening. The spa ist beautifully arranged, joga classes are very professional both for beginners and advanced, amazing balinese massage. We recommend a turtel trip! I felt safe with our guide and we had a great opportunity to sea the turtles from the short distance in their natural surroundings. The photographer from the resort is very professional, we couldn't be happier about our babymoon session! For us it was a perfect stay in Maldives. "

"Special thanks to Joey, Rekha and Yasir from Grand Park Maldives. Joey is very patience in touring us around the hotel prior our check-in. We feel very welcome by her and her colleagues when we arrived at the hotel. We were surprised by Rekha's extra miles service. We missed the chance to see Dolphins swim on our Day2 when we go for our breakfast. So we arrived earlier on the next morning. But we still didn't get to see it despite staying there over an hour. However, after we left not long later, the Dolphins arrived. Rekha remembers our room number, and she called to inform us. She deserve to be complimented. As for Yasir, he also deserve to be complimented. We were having our dinner at the Resturant before we depart to the airport. He takes the initiative to help us keep track on the timing to ensure that we don't miss our ferry timing to the airport. We would definitely recommend Grand Park Maldives to our friends and family when they travel to Maldives!! "

"From the moment we arrived at Maafushi till we left this lovely island was an excellent memorable experience of Maldives with this hotel services. All of our request through Agoda was fulfilled by this hotel. Even, we got a surprise for being upgraded to a jacuzzi bedroom, early check-in, late check-out and discounted excursion price. Hotel staffs were extremely responsive, informative, attentive and helpful. They picked up us from the jetty, brought our luggage, friendly and sincerely explore, inform and suggest the best plan for our outbound trips from the island. Aikman is the one you should discuss with in this regards. We took all our trips (night fishing, 2 resorts excursion and a half-day trip) from this hotel on a very competitive price (even with discounted price) compared to the same packages offered by other tours or hotels in the island. I even cancelled my booked and paid excursion package with other tour for such reason (of course, I got the money back). When my wife come back from our full day excursion with a small wound in her left big toe, Ali, the hotel manager quickly brought his first aid box and help me to medicate it. Overall, Triton Hotel is a new professionally managed hotel. Credit card payment is receivable by the hotel. Jacuzzi bedroom is spacious with a bathtub inside and jacuzzi on balcony. It is incredibly clean and maintained room. A big bottle of drinking water is served in the room which is eco-friendly action compared to use plastic drinking water. Small mini market, bikini beach and public beach are just 3 minutes walk from this hotel. Wifi is excellent. Free beach towel, bicycle and sundeck are provided at request. Foods is just great. Breakfast is simple but tasty. At our last day in Maafushi, Ali personally accompanied us to the jetty. Thank you Ali and Aikman for your guys hospitality and great services.
