The staff were polite and helpful, and responded to emails before the stay with clear directions on how to get there from the city centre using public transport (very easy to do). The hotel itself is clean, modern and has nice spacious rooms. The standard of food is excellent, though there is a bias towards a little too much meat ...

Hotel has a nice restored "old" feel and the room was nice. Staff spoke excellent English which was helpful as we spoke no Hungarian! Restaurant is also very good.

that was a nice surprise cheap price, but clean, friendly hotel and staff, in the city. I recommend to other travellers for 1-2 nt easy stay.

The woman who checked us in was the unfriendliness person we met in Hungary. She was abrupt, cold and rude. When we asked her a question, she just stared at us and then shrugged her shoulders. She spoke English so language was not a problem.The hotel advertises an on-site restaurant but you aren't permitted to eat there unless you order food first thing in the morning....

The panzio is clean and lovely. It is in the very central location of Miskolc, only a few steps away from a tram station and restaurants. No soap and shampoo are provided, so bring your own. The shower box floor is a little bit unstable when you step on it.

The pension is very clean and simple but offers everything you might want for the price. We were surprised how good the kitchen was. The staff was flexible on late check out. We would go back again.
