I travelled with 2 other ladies & all three of us enjoyed this hotel very much. Other then the fantastic location, new facilities & good value for money advantage, we also love their toilets provided (shampoo & shower gel) Will definitely recommend it to others traveling to Oita!

The hotel is about 1 km walking distance from Oita station, which is very convenient. Staff service is also nice and attentive. Nice & clean room. Various breakfast. Not too pricy. Will definitely come back here again!

It was located at a convenient location - 10 min walk from JR Oita shopping centre, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a tad too small though. I booked it for 3 people but found out that the double bed was a semi-double and not a queen. If you are not too comfortable squeezing with your travel buddies, it might be better to book a double room + single room ...

You pay for the room, not the number of people staying which is unusual in Japan. So a Double room cost 8,000 ish yen, in many hotels this would be 8000 per person so good value for money, and closed to the station too.

The "rooms" are separated by plywood-esque materials and the tops are shuttered with curtains. Thus, it's very much like a hostel in terms of noise infiltration and atmosphere. The room was small, like most Japanese hotel rooms are, and was clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a single traveler. Location was also convenient - about 7 min walk away from the JR Oita shopping centre.

The hotel was beside the train station. It's convenient. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was decent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Sheets were a little bit, little little bit dirty. Other than that no problem. Good deal really.

we were lucky to find any hotel room in Oita over the weekend of the RWC Quarter Finals, and we really lucked out with the Hotel Forza which is right in the middle of the restaurants and bars at one end of the covered walkway. Great spot for a couple of days to relax beside a river and between local sights and Oita. Amazing friendly staff who were happy to organise everything. Watched Japan vs South Africa Rugby match with them sharing a beer and Sake. Great place.

Excellent natural hotspring (onsen), very rich breakfast buffet with variety of choices, free car parking. 10-15 minutes walk to JR station and shopping centre / high street.

My boyfriend and I just realised that we’ve left our iPad after the day we checked out. Fortunately, the staff kept it at the front desk instead of taken it. They were helpful and honest. Highly recommended

Although being a bit far (10-15 minutes walk) from the Oita JR Station, the hotel quality is good given such a price. The room is large and clean with abundant facilities. The staff are also helpful and can speak good English. I would live here again if I go to Oita some day later.

This hotel is 3mins walk from oita station located between parco shopping mall and ampm convenient store. So you don't have to worry about finding sth to eat in the middle of the night. The room is quit big compare to other business hotels but room and especially the hallway were a bit smelly.

I stayed there because of the Rugby World Cup. It was out of Oita but easy to get into town by public transport or taxi. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a large room with a balcony and two beds.
