I was in Japan for 3 weeks. I feel this hotel was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I actually anticipated coming "home" in the evenings. I'd come back to this hotel in a minute. (also recommend it to friends)
This is my fourth time booking to this hotel, can't find any hotel better than hotel new omi to stay, because there is nothing can complaint. Love this hotel and highly recommend!
It was just ok. The bed was comfortable but I was not able to sleep hardly at all because the room had a very strong smell of smoke. Opening the windows and using air freshener did not help at all. Sorry.
