The staff were great and although the hotel is getting a bit worn the Hot Springs and Resaurants were amazing! 1F Restaurant has the best Gyoza and Ramen in Japan! I will definitely visit again!!
The room was really ok, not too small if compare to other japanese hotels. Only one thing that I feel it was a little bit inconvenience for the customer is the check-in time as it was 16.00. It was a bit late for my opioion.
