This is a great hotel. The room was clean and remarkably large for Japan. The location, right above Tokushima JR station, is fantastic either for touring the city or basing train day trips in the region. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Bit far from JR station but the shuttle services is provided by the hotel from/to the JR Station. Overall is good recommendable to the travelers.

The room was as small as described by the Hotel, i.e. you should not expect a spacious room and don't be too surprised if you find it rather difficult to get things out of luggage. We had to place our luggage right behind the door so that we can enter the bathroom without much trouble. The good thing is - it locates near the Tokushima Station, quite convenient.

We loved staying here. We came for the Tokushima Awa Odori and it was the perfect place to stay. My family loved it. Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff and enough room. The view of the river outside our hotel window was a lovely bonus.

I stayed 1 night with Smile Tokushima and forgotten my jacket . I messaged the hotel through the Agoda app and they were very quick to respond and help in arranging the delivery of my item to the next hotel in Takamatsu . I would like to commend their service and will definitely recommend this hotel!

No smell of smoke, shower room was clean. Very friendly staff. Waking distance to big mall and on bus line from ferry to station but buses are infrequent. We called a taxi to get to the station.

The location of hotel is good, around 5 mins from the Tokushima JR station. The staff there is very nice but they cannot speak good English. But if you use the very simple English, it is enough to communicate. The room was so clean and the size is much bigger than normal hotel room in Japan. The wifi was good there.

The room was spacious enough. The breakfast was so delicious. They served Tokusima cuisine; taimesi, sobagome-zousui, fish-katsu, so on. We're really satisfied and relaxed.

Very comfortable hotel. Decent sized room with very comfortable beds. Efficient, friendly receptionists. Use of computer in the lobby very useful.
