We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Washington DC and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the room was a little bit on the small scale but again it is DC. The location was close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had every tasted! Overall, it was a good stay for DC.

this is a big hotel,in a good position ,close to metro train station ,there are heaps of good reasonably priced resturants , bars,and very good liquor shop close by ,rooms are spacious and quiet pretty much your standard Hilton hotel we didn't eat in hotel ,but what they had looked ok,we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for a stay on washington

I did not want to leave. The bed was amazing, the room on the 9th floor had a great view, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. This will be my go to place the next time in D.C. Great location as well.

Overall, this hotel was good to stay several days. It was quiet and can take a rest without disturbance. However, there was no body wash, just soap and I could smell some funky from blanket on the bed. But, location was really great! I will revisit this place if I go Washington DC again in future.

Overall, a good experience. I do think the hotel is missing a vital component: a business center. UPS has an arrangement with the hotel, but you'll be looking at a $10 minimum to get on a computer. The Hamilton is in a great location to downtown DC and with easy access to all the sites. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Tony, the concierge was excellent to help us select bus tours, options, and advice! Parking around the corner at Franklin Court was very reasonable and easy. I will stay here the next time in in Washington DC!

Our room was spacious, quiet and had good equipment including good quality Molton Brown bathroom products, which you only find in few hotels. The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff was helpful. We would go back if in Washington again, as it is very conveniently located - we walked to Georgetown in the evening for dinner and were close to other main sights.

Great hotel. I'd definitely stay again and am glad I chose here over the Washington Hilton. Front desk staff was great, but housekeeping staff didn't clean the room, only made the bed, and removed the floor towel without replacing.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights with a friend and we booked separate king rooms which were both massive. We’d just come from NYC so was nice to have more space and for a really good price. Staff were very friendly and offered to change my room straight away when I had a problem with my door. Cocktail hour is also great with delicious cocktails and snacks on offer....

Our first visit to Washington. Chose hotel for close proximity to Union station. Delighted that we were able to walk to the Whitehouse and to other tourist attractions. Washington is a tough town for hotels and really hard to get something reasonable at anything approaching a reasonable rate. this is my third stay in this hotel over the past 2 years. i've been visiting washington dc for an annual convention which is situated about 5 blocks away. i like the location even though it is a chilly 10 minute walk to the convention in the month of january. but the hotel is cosy, and the staff friendly. it is not overly crowded.

I had a special reason for being there on that day. If I had more money I would have stayed longer. I was also there during the time that the government is shutdown. So if, I had more time and money I couldn't visit anything important in Washington, DC. Maybe once the government shutdown, I my think about taking another trip to Washington, DC.

Location was perfect for sightseeing around DC without needing a car or even riding the metro much. We walked back to the hotel late each night without ever feeling unsafe. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Only downside was the frequent sirens and noise outside the hotel, but that would be the case with any hotel in the city....
