Great Stay”

Everything was nice except for one. Lack of socket. We could only use one. We could not charge our gadgets and use the tea maker at the same time. They provide everything we need. When we came back to the hotel on our 2nd day, the room was neatly arranged again with nice scent. Process of check in and check out is very fast and smooth. Staffs are always ready to assist. I would definitely book with this hotel again if I come back to SG. Very good and had a GREAT experience at Classique Hotel. Thank you for making our stay perfect :)

Great hotel & best localtion”

We've stayed 3 night at Classique hotel. We really enjoyed this hotel with friendly staff, clean room, good price & best location. It's just 500 m from mrt stations (Farrer Park & Jalan Besar). There are many restaurants around. We are looking forward to coming back to Singapore, and of course we will choose Classique hotel again.

Classic Comfort & convenience at its best!”

Classic Hotel indeed serves the true meaning of the name of the hotel to its best. Its a very warm and a welcoming place which is located in the heart of Singapore. Its a central point to many shopping malls, metro stations, food outlets,Bugis Street, Orchard Street and 3,4 minute walking distance to the Harrods of Singapore which is non other than Mustafa Shopping Mall. The staff of the Hotel is very nice and helpful. The most commendable fact is that you cannot ask for any neater, cleaner and a comfortable hotel room for the price you pay. Highly recommending to anybody who is looking forward to visit Singapore with family or for a solo travel.

Good budget hotel”

It is a good hotel for the price Cleanliness, the hotel is old but is well maintaned and always clean. The staff were good. The the lady at the receptionis nice, she even let us check in before our check in time. She let us pick if we would wait or come bak later and let our baggages be deposited. Amenities, a working elevator, hot and cold shower, bathtub, refrigirator, wifi. All good but the room has only one electric socket. Remember to bring travel adaptor and if possible, extension cord. Toiletries and towel provided except shampoo but they have liquid soap which can be used as substitute. Bottled water, electric kettle coffee and tea. The mattess, not so soft but is ok Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. 8/10👍👍👍👌🏻

Clean, comfortable, affordable”

Good and polite guest service reception area. While we were trying to figure out how the switches work in the deluxe room, and a friendly and warm housekeeper voluntarily to teach us how the switches work. The room smelled abit musty due to the carpet covered flooring, but the bedcovers and blanket were clean and freshly changed. Lavatory and shower bathtub are sparkly cleaned. Warm shower's water pressure is high which makes showering more relieving after day's walking in Singapore. Clothes cabinet and some hangers provided. WiFi is a big let down, assuming that the modem couldn't cater to the usage of the customers in the hotel and reaches its maximum iP addresses during the night even in the lobby itself. WiFi coverage needs improvement as room couldn't receive strong signal.

Good hotel excellent Location”

The hotel is located almost in the middle of Jalan Besar. (240 Jalan Besar). you have multiple transportation options. Two different bus stops are within 200 meters. Farrer Park MRT is about 600M away. Many restaurants around but mostly Indian being next to little India. But there are other food options available also including a good selection at City Square Mall. Mustafa Centre is 250M away. Now the hotel reception is efficient and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Bedding and toiletries are good. compared to budget hotels rooms are large. Room we stayed was 28 sqm more than double the size of any budget hotel. Corridors are not renovated yet. TV is obsolete and no channel selection except for few local channels.

Classique ”

I enjoy my stay, The hotel is good, no good programme on TV. only news channel. I hope on my next stay at Classique I can see some good programme on TV.

Mixed emotions”

+++ - perfect air conditioning - location - price compared to other hotels - cleanliness of towels - free white slippers --- - we got a room with no City view (the next building was in 5 meters, so we decided to keep curtains closed) - we got a twin beds room instead of a double one (it wasn't clear that the type of a room will be chosen by hotel staff) -- only soap was provided (no shower gel/ shampoo)

Very impressed - excellent hotel for the budget traveller”

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. We were originally apprehensive, and had a very good impression on arrival. We arrived early, and the receptionist allowed us to check in as the room is available. The hotel is well located, and most important of all, it is clean. Staff are well-mannered and polite - and this quality is important for customers. Keep it up ....

Convenient location, nice staff, but some single annoyance”

The location is central with good access to MRT (Farrer Park) and restaurants around. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly, but nothing above Singapore standard. The single very annoying experience was the WiFi: The router had to be reset manually 2 times per day by the hotel staff - otherwise no internet connection (we stayed 10 days). As we returned late usually it meant we always had to let the staff into our room at night as the router was inaccessible for us in the ceiling with a ladder needed to reset it. Come on this is high-tech Singapore - can't you come up with a more sustainable solution? A state-of-the-art router maybe for SGD 15 ???

Good Location, VFM Hotel”

We had nice time in Classique Hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed out time. The service is good and the hotel is very good location.

Good but not enough”

Why not enough? Because it’s lack of more facilities like complimentary plug adapter converter (2 SGD fee), comb, bidet shower. But staffs are OK, friendly and support immediately. If you guys need accommodation near MRT (within 1km walking), and convinient stores, just choose Classique.

Strategic Location in Singapore”

This hotel located at the jalan besar, the rooms was clean enough, have mini bar, small refrigerator. The bathroom using oldies bathtab. Around this hotel we couldnt have to refill mineral water. To find local singapore food just walking 200-300 m you could found, and to reach the nearest MRT station must walking around 600 m

Good hotel - Good location”

I stayed here for 3 nights and completely enjoyed my trip. The Standard room is small but clean and enough space for 2 suitcases. The hotel seem has just been renovated so look tidy and new. The staff was nice and very supported. One more plus point that location is very near MRT, just 5 mins walking. Will stay here again for next Singapore trip!

nice but don't expect too much”

this is my 3rd time travel to Singapore and my first time stay in here. this hotel locate directly beside the road, got a room that have a window and can hear everything from the outside until midnight. the recepsionist is nice but looks like she's working alone. there's no staff that open the hotel door or help carry the luggage to the room. so as long you're not problem with that, then it's fine. the room is kinda old but clean. the location is near to Mall, MRT station and Mustafa centre, it's easy to find restaurant around for breakfast too (India or Chinese food). Compare to hotel in my country, hotel in singapore (generally) with super simple room is very expensive. I still not found favourite hotel to stay at singapore ^^"

Clean and spacious room with a window view.”

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, and the interior looks new. Location is good as well, within walking distance to the MRT, with many restaurants and shops selling local foods. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel leading to orchard road too which was convenient.

good value for money”

Excellent value for the price paid. Rooms are clean and spacious compared to other budget options in Singapore. Located near shopping complex with attached MRT. Only drawback is the poor sound insulation from outside especially on weekends with nightclubs in vicinity

Awesome !”

It was awesome.The room i booked was small but it wasn't an issue for me cause i know i get what i pay for. However if the space was bigger , it would look like the 4 stars hotels i've been to before. The location is just 10 mins away from the mall and public transport. The auntie cleaner was really friendly . Overall , i'm more than satisfied :D Would come again :D

Short stay in Singapore”

On first arriving at the hotel I was concerned by the appearance of the entrance/reception, which is drab, and grubby, particularly the chairs and sofas, and wallpaper. The whole area needs redecoration and refurbishment. However, the room was in good condition and was very large and spacious. I also like the bathroom as it had a real bath, which I enjoyed using. There were 2 downsides to the room - it had great huge floor to ceiling windows but the view was into the kitchens/living areas of apartments opposite. Worse, the water pipes in the service duct in the bathroom banged every time someone turned on a tap in any of the bathrooms above, below, or next to my room. Very annoying and disturbed what would otherwise have been a very quiet room. I complained to reception and they said they would get a technician to deal with it but too late for my stay. I would recommend this hotel as it is not much more expensive than some of the 'basic' mid range hotels nearby, however as with the rest of Singapore's mid range hotels it is way below the standard of neighbouring countries in terms of value for maoney. One other thing though - they don't give any 'complimentary' bottled water as you can drink the water straight from the tap!
