Our stay was amazing and we cannot stay how much we loved the hotel. The staff is great, amazing service and really helpful, we were even allowed to ship to the hotel and the staff came by and delivered it to us! The room was very spacious for 2 people and has everything you need. The only downside was some noise coming from the sink or . The Hotel's location is perfect. It is located next to Avanti, a big shopping mall, and various convenient stores. Across the street there is an opening to the Kyoto underground system, via Avanti, (connections to JR, the subway and the underground shopping mall) which goes all the way to Kyoto Tower, Yodobashi Camera and Higashi Hongan-ji. Close by there are excellent places to eat such as Ramen and Curry restaurants, for example 三興飯店 and CoCo's. Thanks for the amazing stay and hope you liked the 'stroofwafels' ;).

Can't say how much I love this place. Very convenient and comfortable. located near Kyoto station and there are couple convenient stores around the hotel. They have almost everything you need in their apartment-style hotel room; Washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave, wide-screen TV, cell phone (believe it or not, you can make free phone call, local and international and I can even bring it out with me to use as an internet hotspot). There is also a balcony in my room which is really awesome, you'd rarely get a balcony when you stay in a hotel in Japan.

Best accommodation of our Japan Trip”
The accommodation is a short 5-10minutes walk from Kyoto Station, and there is a huge shopping mall just opposite with a Don Quixote. There are also 2 convenience stores just right outside the hotel as well. The hotel itself is an apartment style hotel, and its very well equipped and spacious (we are talking about a washing machine, a full equipped kitchen, balcony etc inside the entire apartment). The staff at the front desk were also very helpful and approachable. Would come back to stay again if i'm in Kyoto

Location is good. Just know that the apartment/hotel is located at the back of kyoto station. If you exit the central exit, you have to find your way out through the underground walk way. Took us sometime to figure this out since if you are exiting Kyoto station, you'd be exiting most likely from the front or central exit. But overall, staff are courteous and explain things to us such as how to use the door/lock system, etc. It it also located close to convenience stores and restaurants. Right across Avanti mall.

The central exit is on the opposite site of our hotel. If you get out at the right exit, it takes only 3-5 minutes by walk. The location is great, just walking distance to Kyoto Station. Room is big and the ambiance is great. When you enter the room it's like it has an inner peace in it that relaxes your tired body. Amenities are complete and nothing more to ask for. Will definitely stay back here again on my next visit to Kyoto. Benefit in staying on this room is when you need to travel to Osaka/Toykyo, Kyoto station is just so near.

They met all the expectations for a great place to stay. Convenient to all transportation in kyoto; they were located centrally in the heart of kyoto station. Courteous staff are willing to help you out; they can speak good english. Complete - all you need are within reach (including appliances). Overall, i would recommend and would stay again in this place.

This place is a steal! It's a great hotel with a bnb/flat rental model instead of standard hotel rooms. Tons of space for the price by Japanese standards. Location is excellent- right by Kyoto station and tons of food and shopping. Historic area is easily accessible just a stop up the line.

Very close to rail station and airport bus. Your own kitchen, fridge, micro, washing machine. Even a mobile phone with internet and calls for free that you can take out and around town. Worth the little extra for added facilities.

Convenient location”
Pros: very near to Kyoto Main station and convenient if you are looking to using train a lot. There is a Don Quijitos store in the mall just across the road and a family mart down the hotel. More spacious than average hotel. Cons: The room is a little old and worn out. No bottled water provided in the room except a water machine at lobby to fill your own bottle. No attractions nearby. I would stay here again only if I need to be near Kyoto station. Otherwise I would book in Gion next time!

Free exchange of towels( you have to bring down yourself to change at counter) complimentary washing powder.
