The highlight of visiting Ban Krut, which also attracts many thai tourists, is the Wat Tang Sai temple, perched on a hill at the end of the beach and the large golden Buddha a little below. Its typical small market near the train station is also a place where it is nice to stroll and buy some food before taking the train.

The fishermen village at the foot of the mountain Khao Thang Sai ( behind the Ruen Talay Resort ) The Old Boat , the legend of this boat dated Rama IV reign Wat Tham Khiri Won , cave temple with Buddha images Waterfalls and scenery of Ban Krut. Water falls are reachable from Petchkasem Road ( Nam Tok Kha Oon 2km, Nam Tok Huay Tang 9 km )
