Best Of entertainment programs”
Cocoon Maldives is different from other resorts in the Maldives and I can tell you that I have already been to 6 resorts in the Maldives and I can compare. All resorts offer beach or waterfront villas. But not all of them have a beautiful beach, many of the resorts show only the pictures that benefit them and hide the less beautiful aspects. There's nothing to hide at Cocoon. The island can be surrounded in 50 minutes which means that it is not very small (it is somewhere about 600 meters long in the middle measured on the road). crystal clear water and white sand everywhere .... even on the inner alleys they put fine white sand. The entrance to the water is smooth, which makes it suitable for children. Many tourists (mostly Italians) who have children come to this island. Beach tennis is played, "Hidden Gem" competitions are held, free boat rides are held twice a day for snorkeling. The strong point of this resort are the people like Fernando (from the bar & food), Jay (super manager attentive to customers to the smallest aspect .. offers help and solutions in all situations) and Alyona (Elena from Ukraine) who is good at all, dance, aquagym, etc.etc.) Above all the resorts in the Maldives Cocoon is different, it does not let you get bored in the evening (as it happens in 99.9% of the resorts in the Maldives). Something happens here every night, and the fun and good mood is at home through entertainment programs. On this island ... you don't sleep in the evening, it's too beautiful !!! I would definitely recommend this island. I would NOT have wanted to give such a positive review because I am afraid that they will be assaulted by too many tourists and the prices will increase.

Just had 2 weeks on this Fantastic island. We have been to the maldives 8 times and this is a great all rounder. Fabulous food, amazing staff and stunning island. Loved the fact you can walk all around. Best food we’ve had on an AI holiday at the main restaurant. Staff as always in the maldives are super efficient and lovely to be around. Particular note to Adjey in the bar - best dancer , Rio in the bar - most smiley. Lovely table decor and meal service from Pradeep. And lovely friendly yoga and entertainment from Aliona (🇺🇦❤️). Only downside is the lack of house reef and snorkelling not the best we’ve seen but still very good and staff on snorkelling trips also great. Also AI drinks a bit mad, can have as much beer and decent wine , but no latte or capuccino or pina colada included. The drinks package didn’t reconcile with the quality of the rest of the holiday. Understand restrictions on premium brands but needs tweaking. Also would’ve been good to eat at other restaurants and get a decent credit for not using the main one or swap a lunch for oven fired pizza once during trip . Overall a great island choice .

Worst experience in Maldives cocoon resort ”
Starting from bar to diving centre the experience lived here was really bad . Way too many managers!!! Staff with with bad habits (like checking the phones while they are taking the orders , staff that are burping on your face 2-3 times while they are selling you some trips on diving center) ...plus many other things . A lot of plastic on the whole island A lot of rubbish on the beaches I don't understand why they have some many good reviews (might not be genuine)

Cocoon Maldives is a great place to stay it has a dream location, great decoration, beautiful and confortable rooms, helpful and very friendly staff, delicious food... the perfect place to go in Maldives, everything was marvellous we had a magnificent time during our honey moon. Thanks to the whole team of Cocoon Maldives, we definitely recommend this resort!

Excellent Host and Staff”
Great people working at this Hotel. Especially our Host named Monday - He did everything he could to help us enjoy our stay. He was Top Notch. Hotel Amenities need to be upgraded (Gym, Card Access for Security and more American food options) but other than that great place. Also - billing was a bit complex to explain but it all worked out

Bad experience during marriage anniversary; won't ho back again”
I indicated special occasion when i rrserved the room. Their staff sent email to inform that they will give us complimentary anniversary cake. But there was no any complimentary from them while staying. I reserved overwater room for the first day and beachfront room for the second day. I waited so long for changing the room Moreover, they wanted to charge me for moving to the beachfront room type though i already booked in advance. On the second day after changing the room, we went to have lunch since we booked for all inclusive. Staff came to talk to me and wanted me to pay for lunch. I felt very angry snd went to the reception. They told me to wait for finance person as he was out for lunch. When he came back, he told me to pay for room and everything. I told him that Agoda already charge everything from my credit card before i came. I told him to check and he found out that i already paid for everthing. I don't understand how the resort cooperate with Agoda. Such a bad experience.

5 days is just nice ”
Went to celebrate our 20th anniversary and the room was decorated. Nice. As we are muslims, the staffs at Octopus was really attentive of letting us know which food to be avoided. Hospitality was great. The massage at Cube Spa was great too. Too long staying there might bore thou. 👌

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au cocoon. L’île est paradisiaque et très bien entretenue. La nourriture est de qualitée et très variée avec différents thèmes chaque jour. Le lagon est très beau avec plein de beaux poissons à observer. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Bref nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Water villa lato Alba molto belle e curate. Gli chef italiani alla guida della cucina del resort e del ristorante sono molti bravi a fare un tocco costante di raffinatezza. Vista spettacolare al tramonto per un aperitivo o per pranzo veloce al Karum Bar sulla punta dell isola dove Alì e i suoi colleghi ti coccolano c9n drink e pescato del giorno. Anche il medico è stato molto bravo dato che ho avuto necessità di consultarlo. La Spa invece da migliorare. Nel complesso però ne vale la pena!!
