Pleasant option”

Perfectly nice hotel within walking distance of Nara Station, with complimentary breakfast. Feels a bit more spacious than some of the hotels directly adjacent to the station, and has nice views from the upper floors. One downside was the central heating and not being able to turn on the air conditioning in March (I would assume this changes by the summer) especially since, as seems to be the case with many Japanese hotels these days, the beds don't have "flat sheets" but only heavy comforters. However the windows do open, which helps to regulate the room temperature.

Great location for train station ”

Basic but comfortable. 3 mins walk from station. About 20 mins walk to restaurant area. Had everything I needed including kettle( extra points). DIY breakfast but good selection. Only negative room 301 close to lift so can disturb sleep if light sleeper.

Convenient for JR station; staff friendly and helpful. ”

Do not confuse JR Station (5 minute walk) with the other station (20 minute walk). Friendly reception staff. Breakfast was quite good. Disappointed that there is no bottled water in the rooms (though there is a kettle). Satisfied overall, although the room charge was a little on the high side.

İt's hard to maintain a good hotel”

Everything is fine, except the toilet. The breakfast is excellent. The room is spacious (in Japanese standard) and tidy. The staff is helpful. The location is within 5-min walk from the JR Nara station. But the toilet and its funny smell... Should I close or open the toilet door while I sleep?

The breakfast spread was reasonably tasty with choice of pastries and soup, amongst others. Choice of drinks was good too. It is only 5 minutes walk from JR station from which you can take buses to the main attractions. There are only 3 bicycles up for rental though; this could perhaps be improved. Amenities available are also pretty good!

They offer a range of free drinks at the lobby. Room is larger than similar price range hotels in Osaka. There aren't much choices for breakfast but it's good enough. Service is good. The staff are very nice and polite.

JR奈良駅のすぐ近くなので駅からのバスを使うのにとても都合が良く観光しやすかったです。コンビニも駅のそばに2軒もあり便利でした。 欲を言えば部屋に収納が全然ないのがちょっと残念でした。 それ以外は朝食もしっかり取れてセールでとてもリーズナブルな宿泊でした。
