    Comfortable hotel with good location”

    The location of the hotel is very convenient, just one minute's walk from the JR station. I ordered a twin room, which was spacious according to the Japanese standard. However, their pillows were really uncomfortable because they were too soft and low. Otherwise it's a great hotel, clean & cozy.

    Superb location is the only thing I can say on good side for this hotel. Very disappoint spend a night in this hotel. Poor English communication ability is the first to say. Nothing consider helpful from asking staff such as advise on restaurant nearby or even ask on how to operate air con due to room is too hot,then we just open the window right away to let(very) cold air to cool the room. Note on two girl at front desk who just laugh to each other’s right on our face on the question we ask for help. Such a poor manner to their customer. Breakfast is also nothing variety,super budget breakfast no decent value for the money paid. Recommend find others hotel(several are nearby) that lower in price with some walking distance but value for money.

    Any nearer to Saga station, you'll have to live in it”

    When I saw 52 secs to hotel on google map after I exited Saga, I cannot believe my eyes. But really, you wont need 52 secs at all. The proximity is definitely a plus, the staff were friendly and cool, and buffet breakfast with no need for coupons etc was really hassle free. There is a relax atmosphere to this hotel, makes me feel chill. Hotel wise, standard amenities. Free coffee etc. There is a nice chinese-style ramen shop nearby which is tasty and affordable. Remember to visit the famous shrine that requires some serious climbing and the seaside Tori gate at Tara (take JR).

    友人の定宿。 私はこの度初めて利用いたしました。 清掃も行き届き安心して宿泊出来る良いホテルだと思います。 駅北の立地の為、繁華街等で夜を過ごした後、駅がcloseすると遠回りしなければ帰り着けないので少し不便かもしれません。 連泊した場合　タオル、アメニティーは宿泊日数分ご用意戴けますが、リネンの交換が毎日ではないのが気になります。 部屋の使用は１５時IN１０時OUTと至って標準的。別料金でINもOTUも少しの調整は可能なものの、個人的なスケジュールの都合で使い勝手が悪く今後の利用は無いかもしれません。

    駅前で、バスセンターからもすぐなのでアクセスは良かった。 朝食も無料で美味しい。 お風呂の排水が良くなかったようで、湯船のお湯が排水口から溢れ、ユニットバスの床がびしょ濡れになった点は改善が必要かと思います。

    貧相な建物とあまりにも質素な朝食”

    駅近でアクセス的には抜群ですが、朝食があまりにも質素で、この点で人にはお勧めできません。どうでしょ、いくらか取ってでもちゃんとしたものを提供した方が今の朝食重視のホテル環境に適してるかと思います。参考までに、西鉄イン日本橋は、以前は無料で相当ひどいものを（多分他のお客様も同様な感じを持ってたのでは）提供してましたが、昨年の4月から800円の有料となりました。豊富な品数と手作り感のある料理で大変お得感のあるビュッフェを提供しています。これが800円なんて信じられないくらいの・・・・。再考をお願いしたいです。

    這間酒店真的性價比很低。 首先設施很老舊，房間污穢有很多漬。 其次，佢要人早上10點checkout，以一般酒店來說真的好早啊。 早餐好差，又難食，位置又迫。 以一晚索價近900元的質素來說，相當不值。不會再來了。

    갑갑한 실내공기”

    사가역 바로뒷편이라 교통은편리하지만 좁은데다 너무나 갑갑할정도의 실내공기(청정기가있어도 무용지물), 카펫과 침대위치, 치렁치렁한커텐, 조식의부실함에실망, 투숙객의입장이되어서 개선할 부분을 볼수있으면좋겠습니다. 하카타에서 묵은호텔보다 숙박비는 더비싸고,시설,청결도,모두 부족했습니다.
