Great experience”
The room was remodeled and very clean. Our kids 8 and 5 year old liked sleeping on the bunk bed there. Also the bathroom and restroom was separated. We took 10-15 minutes walk to nice Italian restaurant with our kids and it was great to see the part of town.

Near to train station and bustop..if walk from hakone yumoto station there are some slopes..the room is nice and clean..bed is comfortable..nice coffee machine..convenience stores nearby..

It's not a HOTEL actually. It's just like a BNB. We needed to stand at the freezing(only 1degress celcius at the moment) corridor to do the check-in. The staff on and off go back to their place(office or living place) many times. It made me sick. And, the price is not the listed price, it depends on the numbers of people not the number of room. they charged us more. we cant find another room in short time, so we just paid. also, if u needa use the car park, u should tell me earlier, they just got 2 rooms for parking. Hakone is a great place, but the "hotel' ruined my trip.

Modern, clean, comfortable ”
The kind of accommodation that makes you think you lucked out when you enter. It was a beautifully finished and decorated modern studio appartment. The bedding was good quality and comfortable. Handy FamilyMart across the road. The walk to Hanoke shops and station is charming.

Excellent Apartment to Stay for family ”
It is great to find this Apartment last minute in this beautiful town. We didn't expect they provide toiletries including face wash and moisturiser, it is a plus point. The room is very clean and fully equipped. Will recommend to stay here if you dun mind a bit uphill walking distance

初めての箱根旅行で滞在させて頂きました。 温泉、夕食は近くのホテルで済ませましたが後はここて全て賄えました。 近所のスナックで飲みすぎて、ほぼほぼ寝るだけでしたけど(笑) 徒歩圏内にも観光スポットがあるので連泊しても飽きないかもと思います。

清潔で広い、ゆっくり出来る部屋”
色々な温泉に入りたく、安い素泊まりの宿を探してました。 安いのでそんなに期待もせずに予約しましたが、お部屋の広さ、綺麗さ、オマケにキッチン付きで過ごしやすさは抜群で、天山にも近く、コンビニもぶらっと散歩に出る程度の近さ。 駐車場の事で連絡した際の対応もとても感じよく、是非また利用したいと思います！！ 有難うございました。

・とても親切なスタッフの方々でした ・コロナ禍で、対人を避けて全てを完結出来るシステムは素晴らしかったです ・山の中ですので、周りのコンビニやスーパーの営業時間や取り扱いに考慮して食事を済ませたり、食べ物を用意すれば快適に過ごせます ・観光地エリアなので、外出は割高で待つ事を覚悟する必要があります

外見は普通のアパートですが、中の設備はオシャレモダンなマンションの一室。アメニティに料理器具全て揃っています。 コロナの影響で出掛けるにも気を遣いますが、到着時には室内が全て換気されている状態でどこもかしこも綺麗。スタッフさんの配慮を隅々まで感じとれました。 最高に居心地が良かったので、絶対にまた泊まりにきたいと思います!

家族連れ車で来る方にはおススメです 斜め向かいに温泉の銭湯があり、番台のお父さんが凄い親切、ここに泊まり、一泊目は先頭へ2泊目は貸し切り風呂のある箱根湯寮、(要予約).ここの近くにパークゴルフと、フォレストアドベンチャーもある！(要予約) 子供達は家族で遊べて喜んでました、 最終日はユネッサンでプールで遊び、家族風呂入って帰って来ました

中学生1人、小学生4人、3歳児1人、大人4人の合計10人で泊まりました。アメニティも10人分用意してくださり、大雨の中チェックインでしたが、近くの温泉やお店を紹介してくれて、とても丁寧に対応してくださりました。ただ、箱根は思ったより底冷えするため暖房がエアコンだけでは足元が寒かったです。でも、持ってきたパジャマと用意してあったホテルのパジャマを重ね着して乗り切りました。2泊でこの値段ときれいさはとても安く感じました。

무인인 것을 모르고 가서 당황했는데, 오히려 한 편으로는 편하기도 했다. 조리도구도 다 갖춰있어서 재료만 사오면 찌개, 라면 뚝딱 가능. TV화면 위치 조절 가능한 것은 좋았지만 볼 만한 프로그램이 없다,, 노트북이나 패드 챙겨가는 거 추천. 침대 완벽. 너무 잘 잤다. 머리맡에 각자 작은 조명도 있고, 콘센트, usb꽂는 곳 하나씩 있음. 수건(얼굴, 몸), 칫솔, 빗, 클렌징 오일, 샴푸, 린스 등 다 있다. 심지어 세면대 길게 둘이 같이 쓸 수 있다. 아침에 화장할 때 짱 편함. 샤워 가운이 아닌 잠옷 형식으로 상하의 분리로 되어있어 편하게 보낼 수 있었습니다! 센스가 정말 좋으시다고 느꼈다ㅠ 테이블도 커서 음식 이것저것 가져다 놓고 먹기도 좋았음. 쇼파 푹신 편안~ 굳이굳이 아쉬운 점을 뽑자면 좀 언덕인 것?
