Excellent Resort”
It was an excellent and a very memorable experience staying in Conrad Koh Samui. The location is quite remote, but the view there and their beach will worth everything. It would be best to rent a car and drive. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very smooth check-in with a very detailed introduction of the resort. Housekeeping is very efficient too. You go outside for a walk and some photos, you come back and the room is already cleaned. I did not realize I got a nail in my tire until a staff called and told me one of my tires lost all the air. I was trying to change the wheel by myself. The security staff saw me and suddenly 3 other staff came over and had my wheel changed in a minute. It was a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend the Conrad Koh Samui to anyone who wants a great and relaxing vacation.

Most relaxing getaway”
Our stay at Conrad koh samui was exactly what we wanted. The villa was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Everything we needed was at our finger tip- all we need to do is call and everything will be taken care of. The food at all the restaurants are equally good and all the staff are very attentive and friendly. The spa is beautiful and treatment was excellent. All in all we had the most peaceful, and relaxing trip with 6- star service at the Conrad koh samui

Simply Breathtaking”
Absolutely incredible. Having stayed at multiple Hilton Resorts (including the amazing Hilton Waikoloa Village), Conrad Koh Samui even on arrival blow you away. Sitting in the foyer awaiting your room with a gorgeous sweet tea with a gentle breeze on your face immersed in the panoramic views.....it's pure heaven. Doesn't matter how many photographs I took, the pictures just do not do this resort any justice....it must be seen and experienced first hand.

Fantastic Seaview”
Conrad Koh Samui have an wonderful or even unrealistic sea view no matter in the lobby lounge or in the villa. Also, they have highly considerate the needs of hotel guest, which provide some complimentary activity for guest, so they can fully enjoy the pleasant time in hotel. However, there are some areas that hotel may take note, first is the driving instruction to hotel is not enough; second is the road to hotel is so steppy, it is better hotel provide assistance to help hotel guest to drive to hotel lobby, this can mitigate any risk involved. Finally, hotel can arrange some shuttle bus services between popular sites and hotel.

Beyond Any Expectations”
Our stay completely exceeded our expectations. We were expecting a five star resort but we found this to be underrated. Conrad Koh Samui is completely off the scale. If there is a ten star rating then this is it.

Sheer luxury”
My husband and I decided to splurge for the first night of our honeymoon and picked Conrad. NO REGRETS!! We're really looking forward to coming back hopefully on our anniversary next year or some years down the road. The infinity pool was simply amazing... to be honest, a lot of reviews say that the higher you are on the mountain the better the view, I can say that there is no bad view from any villa. We stayed at 210 which was walking distance to Zest for breakfast, and also down to the seaside & gym. We had dinner at Jahn restaurant which was simply amazing, first time having Thai fine dining and will recommend it to anyone who is staying at Conrad. Great place for couples and families!

Amazing! Worth every penny”
The Conrad is by far one of the most amazing hotels ive ever had the pleasure of staying in. Not one detail is left out, from the amazing view at check in, to your very own infinity pool in your villa. Everything is immaculately presented and nothing is an issue for the staff that work there. We spent most meals in our villa and in house dining was authentic, tasty and efficient. We also dined in the casual dining restaurant, Zest and it was just a nice way to end a fantastic stay at the conrad. Would highly recommend the Conrad!

Spectacular view and cozy hotel”
This hotel was far away from the city. It was not a very convenient place and there was no restaurant and convenient stalls around the hotel. However, upon arrival, we were amazed by the spectacular view of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the buggies services was convenient. There were three restaurants in the hotel. We had tried the thail restaurant. The dishes were nicely presented and the environment was romantic. However, the taste was averaged. We had joined a free speed boat trip to a nearly beach. There were three time slots for the boat trip and it was fun! Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience to stay in Conrad Samui!

Excellent luxurious hotel with breathtaking views”
From the word go the Conrad impressed us! The room/villa was outstanding, with every attention to the minutest detail. The villa is pure luxury and you have to see the view to believe it! The staff are so friendly and courteous no request too small or big. A bit pricey but totally worth it. You only live once!

Best Choice for Honeymoonler”
I stayed for 2 days as a honeymoon. View seeing in my room was fantastic. Quite far from Chaweng beach, but it was not problem cause I rent a car during stay in Conrad. I really wanna go again.

Exceed expectation”
Travel with my wife. Arrived at hotel reception which is top of the hill with breath taking scenery. When our room is ready, hotel guest relation manager show us around the room and explained the facilities within the room. She also share there are complimentary activities such as boat excursions, snorkeling, kayak, yoga and so much more. Unfortunately we only stay for 1 day which insufficient time for boat excursions but amazingly the hotel guest relation manager was kind enough to extend our check out time. Breakfast, again was seated facing amazing view of the sea. You get to select few type of egg dishes prepare freshly. I had Egg Royal and my wife had Thai style egg Benedict. Location perspective its quite a distance to city but you get privacy and can relax. But if you want to go to the city, you will need to book a taxi from hotel.

A beautiful resort!”
We stayed for 2 nights at Conrad. It was a beautiful stay. The views from our villa were beautiful. Ecen though we had a pool villa, there is not much privacy as guests ataying at higher levels can see you in the pool (not advisable if you are planning to have a swim without wearing anything). All in all, a beautiful stay.

We stayed two nights in four seasons ko samui and two night in Conrad ,compare to them Conrad is very disappointed us,if you ask something. Always respond very slow and the wiaitor in restaurant even can't speak English properly,

good location and service”
I stayed in Jaccuzi room which was located in the best spot of this hotel. (When we made a reservation on the internet, we didn't know that the existence of Jaccuzi was not the only difference of this type of room.This room was quite private and in the best spot.) We could see and hear beautiful beach in the room and during spa. Tropical trees were also exotic. I am pretty sure that other rooms were clean and nice too, except beach view.

peaceful stay with extraordinary scenery ”
the stay was very pleasant through great service from the hotels staff. although traveling inside the resort (room to room) isn't exactly easy since the resort is huge, all travels are done by club cars. however, they have managed to make it very easy for us - club cars arrive within 5 mins after it was called for. the view was just spectacular. the resort is peaceful, a perfect getaway. beach activities are available and the pool staff are very helpful about it.

Amazing villas with breathtaking views ”
Had a 2 night stay there early February. The weather was fantastic and the resort was amazing. Don't expect to venture in the city from here, it's about a 45 minute ride into town. The rooms are fantastic and the food was great (albeit catered to western tastes i.e. the asian food was 'watered down'). The ocean is not for swimming here, but the pools and the resort facilities were impeccable. Fantastic service from an amazing set of well trained staff. The in room entertainment platform was excellent and easy to use. We had a great time unwinding and just soaking in the peace and quiet. Highly recommended, but be warned, not light on the wallet,

Almost impeccable weekend chill out”
The only blip was the hotel missing out my airport transfer, but they promptly waived the fees. Otherwise, the service within the hotel is impeccable: from the reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Facilities are well maintained. Restaurants provide fresh and quality food. A completely value-for-money long and relaxing weekend.

Majestic view!”
Only one word comes to mind in describing the property. Pretty. The view of the ocean from our room is fantastic. The place is not cheap but you get what you pay for. If you don't speak thai, language might be a small problem as service staff have trouble understanding more complex instructions. We basically just stayed in the room most of the time enjoying the villa pool and room. I think this hotel is a very ideal place to get away from it all. Like all resorts if you want to do anything else on the island, this is not the place for you as it is far from almost everything. The gym was a bit disappointing. Other then that, this place is ideal, especially if money is no object.

Perfect Stay”
The location is a little far from the airport or downtown, but you will not regret staying here! It might be the best place for you to enjoy beautiful sunset every day! Plus, I don't even need to go out, it has the best in-hotel restaurant-Jahn-, and some other very nice bars and restaurants. Perfect stay, will definitely come again.
