Affordable hotel but not worth it”
It is located in Dengkil which is near Presint 5, Putrajaya. Very poor internet and signal for Digi user. More like non existent. I was given room 217 which have non existent hotel Wifi service due to location and the thick wall of the room. Got room change after couple of persuasion to the staff at the counter and luckily someone cancel the booking on room 105. Only then i have a very good hotel Wifi coverage. The exhaust fan of the room are noisy and you need to turn it on as the air is quite stagnant in the room. One of the bed lamp not working. My throat sore after 1 night sleeping on the room. This hotel is on my blacklist.

The facilities ”
First, I never thought that my booking is the room without windows. Second, the iron locate at the outside of the room. I mean at the coridor. The problem is on that day I'd stayed is graduation day. I guess that the iron is the most important thing. So, when it is only provide 1 iron on the upstairs and 1 for downstairs, I think its not enough and fair to the others. The hotel should provide extra or more iron so it can be easier for the others to use and not waiting for too long. Thats all from me. Btw, the staff is so helpful, the guy with spectacles. Everythings is okay, just the iron matter and please write it out that the rooms with or without windows. Thank you. My family and I have a pleasant stay in your hotel.

I suggest the room should also provide fan. The fan and air-cond can be switched on alternatively either fan or air-cond and not both. Because certain guest prefer fan rather air-con. It a saving for the hotel if such guest stay in the hotel.

supposed to be the customer could enter the room after check-in the hotel by 3pm but my family and I had to wait for about one and half hour at the lobby in order to enter the room. Took too long time for the staff to prepare the room for us.

Clean, helpful staff - for short vacation”
I booked 2 separated rooms as I have a family of 5 (Standard family and Twin Standard ) Both rooms provided were clean, affordable price with basic necessaries for a budget trip. Close to PICC (my destination point). My room (the standard family room) was not affected by noise compared to my daughter's room (Twin Standard). Otherwise, staff was helpful too. It would be pleasant if there is no noise during the stays. Keep it up.

10 minute drive to Putrajaya”
The room was clean. But I wonder if they wash the blanket everytime the customer checks out. It wasn’t covered with another sheets or anything. It wouldn’t be nice if they put it back without washing it. It is OK for me though as I always bring along my own blancket. Their complimentary breakfast tastes good.
