Locations was great. Room space is value for money. Staff was polit and helpful. However, may perhaps improve the cleaness of whole unit, like under chair, table, flooring. Found small coaches at toilet. View at pool is wonderful. Parking is free. May call those restaurant at Ground floor and send up to your unit too.

A very nice stat”
We booked for exec suite. It was so spacious even the balcony had chairs to chill outside. Only thing is that the balcony tiles is a bit dirty and the pipe at bathroom have a problem. Other than that i really recommended this place for a very strategic place to stay with affordable price. Oh and salute to their staff for very prompt action towards our needs and query.

Clean room, easy access building. Mcd, convenient store just nearby. Polite staff. Only parking issue. No parking card provided. In parking - to take normal ticket. Out parking - staff will open the boom gate for you. Overall. Recommended. Satisfactory.

Staff Unsure on Policy”
Everything was going well until the time when we are checking out of the hotel. In the hotel policy, it is already stated that the parking will be free. Upon checking out, the staff on duty encounter an issue with their parking card. To me thats understandable, things can happen. However, the staff tried to take a shortcut by saying that we should be paying our own parking ticket just to resolve the situation in which is an obvious lie because their policy said it should be free. We waited for 30 min for the issue to be resolved and no we did not pay anything for the parking ticket. What I did not like is how the staff was trying to lie her way out instead in which a bit unethical from my point of view.

BEST SUITES IN KL!”
I like this hotel very much!!! Nice view, got netflix, nice bathub, nearby klcc, spacious room, bedroom is big and look rich. The parking is free, but! it confuse the staff there who ask me to pay, later than i told the receptionist and i have to move my car at the back of hotel. hope they can improve on parking. I really want to stay at this hotel again. hope they can give me best rate and discount in the future. its little bit pricey but worth to stay.

Weekend staycation”
The services by the stuff and lift can be improved. No clear explanation by the front desk for the access to the room. Valet parking sides seems not having clear communication with front desk for parking arrangement. There are three lifts, but only 1 lift functioning. Understood safety SOP, 3 pax a time into the lift. But, 10 people waiting for only 1 functioning lift!!! Oh my god!!!!!!

Saya dari Puchong. Memang memilih Hotel yang berdekatan dengan KL Tower. Kalau tiada anak kecil OK jika berjalan kaki. Tapi saya with maid & 4 kids. pergi mula-mula jalan kai. so memang penat dan berpeluh sikit la. otherwise, OK je. nearby byk pub n ncafe. MCdonald sebelah je. Senang cari makan. Saya pilih 2 bedroom suites, with 4 breakfast. kami pilih brfs hantar ke bilik. so mmg cukup je and berlebih potion nya untuk whole family. bilik bersih. all function well. Pool kecik je, tapi ok la sbb tak ramai orang. nampak KL Tower. so OK je. cuma shower di pool not function. GYM pon okey. otherwise saya puas hati. tq.
