📣Security deposit RM300 will collect after confirm booking via online transfer, will refund in 3 working days after check out if nothing damage. ⚠ Any property damage or extra cleaning needed will charge on guest. ⚠ Strictly NO SMOKING & NO SHOES inside the house. ⚠ Please don't stick anything on the wall to avoid any damage, any decoration or trash should disposed before leaving. ⚠ Additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking. ⚠ Please note that light cooking is allowed, please keep clean to prevent spread of disease. ⚠ Unwashed dishes and equipment will be charge if found, please clean up kitchen after used. ⚠ Please turn off all lights and air-conditioning when not in the unit to reduce electricity consumption. ⚠ Quiet hours is needed after 10pm to avoid disturbing our neighbor. ⚠ Host have the right to make you leave in manner if any illegal activities or breaking house rules. ⚠ Please note that check out time is before 12pm, late out fee will charged on guest.
