Great Hotel”
Great place with a great location. Only draw backs is no breakfast (not that it was an issue) and the pool was in a different building, again this was not an issue. The place was clean and staff very friendly. Amazing stay.

Great value for money, smart rooms”
We stayed for 5 nights and for the first 3 nights we were the only ones we ever saw use the roof top pool which is a must! We was in the building opposite but it’s really not an issue just crossing the road. The views from outside the hotel are amazing. There’s a free water tap at reception which was really handy. Was good to pay card without a charge but the staff all spoke bare minimum English. Pastries were huge but bit sickly. Room was really modern and air con was great and black out blinds allowed us to have good lay ins! 10 minutes walk to beach front where you pass plenty of restaurants and bars. Do recommend if you just want a standard bedroom and nothing fancy or out of the ordinary!

Hotel Name is perfect ”
Well the hotel name justified itself very well. Rooms are small and cosi. Only thing is that there is no tea/coffee maker in the room, and no toiletries were provided. Apart from that the location is very good! Everything is near by. They have cute cafe at the entrance where you can go for breakfast (but be sure to inform them a da before by 6pm, otherwise your breakfast won't be given).

Feels like a fancy dormitory”
We had a room facing the road, it was noisy all the time, including live music concerts every evening right on the corner. Room itself was small, smelly, dumpy and humid. There was no place to hang our clothes to dry them (because its small and humid). Our cards didn't work from time to time so we had to go to the reception to update them. Also we asked about airport transfer options at the reception desk and didn't get any help. Service worker just gave us a paper with taxi number. No information, no service. Although it was a transfer stand right on the corner that provides airport shuttles which are way cheaper then private car. Terrible music follows you everywhere you are in this hotel. Speakers on every floor in every room, live music every evening. This is called noise pollution. Laundry is terrible as well. At first you need a bunch of coins to start the machine, then the quality of washing is low, there were many dirty spots left on the clothes. Drying machine didn't work. Our clothes were as wet as before drying. Also our cards didn't work with the laundry door sometimes. Also I've received a spam email from this property about Centara card. I didn't give any permission to send me marketing promotions. Super disappointed, I won't recommend this to anyone. There are cheaper and better options just nearby.

Good, but could be much better... ”
We stayed one night here, it was very clean and new, gimmicky rock climbing features throughout, although you can't actually climb the wall at the pool :-( I would recommend not choosing the breakfast option as all you get is a 100 baht voucher. I would say it needs some shade up at the pool, it was blisteringly hot and not a single umbrella. The hub (coworking space/chill out area) seemed nice, the laundry facilities were good. Staff were nice and tried to help whenever they could.

Extremely clean, fantastic location, nice facilities. Pretty much enjoyed my time there. The communication about turning on the A/C in the gym needs to be better. Impossible to use the gym unless the A/C is on.

This hotel is relatively new and feels clean and modern. The rooms are small and don’t contain much more than a bed and small refrigerator. There is a coffee shop on location with an assortment of breakfast pastries, though there are several others within walking distance. Overall it’s a clean room but smaller than most others for the same or less price.

I initially booked COSI for three days and ended up staying here for two weeks! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location is close to everything! Would highly recommend it especially for the price you're paying! Also, the bed was so comfortable!

The hotel is in a great location, 10 min from the beach and a few minutes from other attractions around Krabi. The rooftop pool is also a great place for IG photos. I'd come back.

If you are looking for a comfortable bed with a simple room this is a good value for the money. My first room didn’t have any hand soap or toilet paper. The floor didn’t appear to be cleaned well. They changed me to another room. Much better!

Pros - great location , clean, nice gym/pool, blackout blinds and comfy bed. Cons- no kettle in room, no balcony and when the door doesn’t close properly it beeps until it’s closed. Multiple times I was woke up due to people in other room on the corridor going out and forgetting to shut their door all the way.

Check in process was not as smooth and took a while, but the rooms are very modern and clean with minimalistic design. It's been a very pleasant stay - they also host outdoor happy hour with cocktails and a full bar outdoors.
