Exceptional”

We are three friends planned a weekend on the go trip to Goa and booked the country inn & suites by radisson. We reached the hotel by 9. Though the check-in time is 1, the hotel management was generous and helped us to check-in by 10 as the other room guest were vacating. The breakfast buffet was awesome and staff was available on call all the time. the pool was well maintained and we could have our snacks by the pool side which needs a special mention. They also helped us with a car arrangement while returning back to airport which was early in the morning. Not but not the least, a special mention to agoda as we got a deal which is 50% less than the nearest competitor. Thanks Agoda and Thanks Country Inn and Suites by Radisson for making our Goa trip memorable. Overall, we can give a 6 star rating for the hotel but unfortunately we have only 5 stars to select. Break from house arrest 😃”

It was a much needed break after year long staying indoors due to COVID. And we weren’t disappointed as the stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was simply amazing. From their attendant at the lobby, to housekeeping and people at the restaurant all were very courteous and super quick in responding to our requests. Breakfast had great spread. Menu at the restaurant can have few more options to order for lunch and dinner however whatever they served was of top quality and great taste. Great help from Piyush as well at the reception. Thank you! All in all a great stay as the hotel is at the walking distance to the market, candolim beach and lot of good eating joints in the vicinity. My son is just 16 months old and it was our first outing with him. He had great time playing in the children pool. Pool was nicely maintained as it was closed for a year and was opened up just few weeks before our trip. Go for super deluxe rooms as they have swimming pool view and large in size. Thanks for making it a memorable trip! Cheers🥂

Comfortable, Pleasant Stay at Country Inn Suites”

I had a pleasant stay at Country Inn Suites, Candolim (Goa) with my family - welcoming front desk staff completed the check-in formalities fairly quickly and concierge helped us to our room. In house dining restaurant 'Mosaic' served quite a variety for breakfast and the restaurant staff served with a huge smile even during huge crowds - very personable staff indeed. Housekeeping staff was efficient in cleaning the room and attending to any additional needs like additional towels, water bottles, additional bed. All in all a great vacation experience. Thank you !!

Very good - Nice value for money”

We were a couple with a young one year old daughter. We had a great time at the hotel. All the staff were very courteous and nice. We have heard about ugly episodes in Goa where foreigners get treated better - Not even an iota of that at Country inn. Everyone we interacted with had a smile on their face. Minakshi at the reception was great - Very helpful and always smiling. Extremely sweet of her to have gifted a birthday cake for my daughter. I can't remember the names of the folks at breakfast - They were great too. Good service. A very nice buffett - Enjoyed the same. Sometimes hotels do not like families with young children, since they are obviously noisy and stuff. Found none of that at country inn. Beach is 15 minutes by walk.

nice hotel”

we picked candolim as we figured it was relatively quite beach ... away from the noise and chaos of baga or anjuna. and country inn was beautiful place to stay. very nice rooms overlooking the pool. very well kept and great amenties. the staff we found were extremely helpful . everyone going out of thrie way to assist .. makes you feel very good. the food was alright .. could have been better. although i must add that the chef was kind enough to assist in our selection himself. we loved everything about this hotel but our stay was marred a bit by a really loud and big group that was also staying there..

For celebrating our marriage anniversary ”

We planned to have a relaxed trip and Goa was suitable place. We choose to stay at north Goa at this property as it is close to Condolim beach and clam place. We booked superior type the rooms were spacious, well maintained & has balcony to relax. The pool was close but occupied by foreigners for the sun bath. Coming to food, the compliment break fast has good spread & delicious. They have activity room but not that big(in terms of no. of activities) and this need to be improved b'cose the rooms stinks and u can only play carom board & table tennis. Coming to transportation, we hired two wheeler which next door to the hotel and was roaming around as the beaches & other sightseeing are in 5-7 KM u can cover Candolim, Calangute, Baga beaches and fort Aguada as well the dolphin boat sightseeing. The receiption person help in arranging the cab for the drop to the airport. The only thing is transportation to be taken care. Overall, We had good time & the hotel is fabulous & I do recommend.

Pleasant stay! Will surely recommend ”

The property is nicely located, walkable to Candolim beach which is one of the most pleasant beaches in North Goa. All the staff members were extremely polite and catered to all our needs with a smile. Rooms were clean and well equipped, though minor things need maintenance, but nothing major to be concerned about. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean. Natasha at the reception was very helpful and addressed all our queries and requests with a smile. On requesting, we were given complimentary upgrade to Pool View Deluxe Room (obviously this is subject to availability). Housekeeping guy Aros did a great job with room cleaning and catering to small needs. Breakfast at Mosiac (Restaurant) had wide soread of options (combination of American and Indian breakfast). Nishant at the restaurant was also very approachable and catered to everything with smile. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend if you are planning to stay in North Goa.

A memorable stay”

My wife and I wanted to spend our marriage anniversary with the immediate family- our two married daughters and their families. The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson provided an ideal launching pad for this much-awaited get-together.Surrounded by greenery and lot of open space,very well appointed rooms, efficient air-conditioning,smiling and welcoming staff ready to comply with your every demand, what else do you want to enjoy a special occasion?

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and services”

We were really happy with the overall experience with Country Inn staff and hotel services. The check-in and check-out services were pretty good as the staff hardly made us wait for getting the room and vacating the room. The hotel is located close to two great beaches in Goa - Calangute and Baga Beach. People go with family can spend the night at the pool size within Country Inn itself cause the ambiance in great!

Pros ( they are many) :- 1. Value for money ...got great monsoon deal for the property. 2. New Property with Portuguese feel. 3. Superior room were nice and spacious. 4. Nice breakfast with a mix and match of fruits, bakery, south Indian and continental. (didnt saw anything non vegetarian except chicken sausages) 5.Nice pool , we enjoyed it throughout our stay as we were 6 people all together. 6. Excellent , supportive and well trained staff. 7. 10 min walk from main candolim beach, 2-3 min bike ride. 8. Ample Inside parking for cars and bikes. 9. Bike hire are just 100-200 mtrs away. 10. Location better than mad rush of baga and calinguate. 11. Nice wifi coverage free of cost. cons :- 1. Jacuzzi was not upto good 4/5 star hotels. 2. Location is little bit inside, but who cares as you would rent a bike anyways in goa.

A great weekend break”

A great place to have a quiet weekend.Value for money. Located slightly inner from the bustling candolim street giving you the silent and soothing environment for people to relax and stretch their legs from their over stressed life.Just 2 min walk to the main road of Candolim.A very friendly and courteous staff right from front desk to housekeeping.24x7 restaurant is always ready to feed you when you are hungry. Just a 5 min walk to the beautiful candolim beach which still maintains the silent beauty with good family crowd coming to the beach and not over crowded like calangute. Travellers who like to explore Goa can hire 2 or 4 wheeler just outside the hotel. A perfect place to laze and enjoy the weekend.

Perfect place for Family Staycation ”

It’s a perfect place for family staycation, had a wonderful time staying at Country Inn. The resort is well managed and maintained, staffs are kind and helpful , rooms are clean & tidy, overall premises is clean and lush green with perfect ambient. Need some work on room interiors, the finishes are old and required some upgrade however the place is worth staying. Excellent food and close proximity to key attractions such as beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute, Baga and Sinquerim Beach) and forts ( Aguada and Chapora) in North Goa which makes this place more promising and attractive.

Great hotel with pool and garden”

We stayed in this hotel for 12 night during monsoon (August 2012). Hotel name used to be Girasol, but was recently acquaired by Carlson. Hotel does not look much from outside and its between the other houses, but inner garden with the pool is like an oasis. It's even a little bit hard to find the hotel. Although the hotel is in the heart of Candolim village, it is far from Anjuna beach (10 km), Panjim (15 km), Old Goa (20 km) and airport (40 km). So moving around is a bit difficult and expensive. Only things close are the beach and Fort Aguada (1-2 km). The hotel has a Restaurant. We tried buffet and a la carte, and both were OK. Buffet breakfast is also OK, althrough it could change from time to time. The hotel also has a gym. Noisy Hindu groups can be a problem. Ground floor rooms have problem with small ants from garden. Apart from those small things, we were happy here.

Superb stay”

They had every thing we need for stay in Goa. Every room has pool facing balcony. Big swimming pool and excellent breakfast buffet spread. Booked in the last minute. So, I felt it is expensive. Staff were courteous. Google location search should be “Country inn by Carlson”.

Excellent”

We truly enjoy our stay at this hotel. Just walk to the Candolim beach as and when you want to, short 8-10mins walk. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Lovely spread of buffet breakfast to stay ur day with. There are numerous eating joints and shopping stuffs all within walking distance from the hotel. Truly a place to be when in Goa. I will return here again. Thank you all. The only negative thing is the pathetic Wi-Fi connection in the hotel, this seriously needs enhancement.

Good Location”

Country Inn and Suites is well located and is around a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are a number of restaurants and bars also within walking distance. The hotel is located on Candolim beach which i found to be better than the other surrounding beaches. The rooms were fine and air con, hot water etc were good.

Getaway at Beach Resort CI & S, Carlsons”

The stay was overall excellent. Main drawback was that one had to travel some distance and even cross the main Fort Road {connecting beaches Calangute & Candolim} for the sake of reaching the Candolim Beach. It is suggested that the resort might consider providing bicycles (on hire even) to facilitate beach access. It is also suggested that the resort might similarly consider providing separate beach robes (on hire even) since most of the travellers appeared to have been drawn by the beach only.

It was a memorable stay. The hotel is located in one of the quieter part of candolim. There are plenty of shops and restaurant in neighbourhood. The place showcases goan tradition and architecture. Great place overall to relax and to explore north goa.

Superb property with luxury service ”

Right from check in this beautiful property w get superdeluxe up gradation without asking pool facing rooms clean with terrace ,minibar with chilled beer,u ask n room service at ur door, I have accident while swimming but staff with first aid box ready at pool side so about service superb only thing they have to improve is breakfast menu ,repetitive daily otherwise I will love to stay here again W booked two triple sharing rooms for three days fr group of six get automatic upgradation without asking n also let check out Don't forget to taste delicious dishes at fishermans love near to this property Candolim beach is five minutes walk n agoda fort on ten minutes drive U can hire activa vehicle from shop just near to entry gate Night happening places like Titios pub,baga beach,calanguate beach only twenty minutes on drive

Great stay for a great price”

It was overall a great stay at Country Inn. I had booked a standard room, however the hotel staff immediately upgraded my room on request. Train and airport shuttles are at par with the outside rates, whixh i found to be a very nice feature. The food is good and the room service is prompt. Overall, i will recommend this hotel to all
