Good overnight stay near airport”

We stayed at the hotel because we had an early morning airport flight and wanted to save more than an hours travel time. The room was a good size and clean. Staff was pleasant, shuttle service to the airport was on time and efficient. The only downside was that the breakfast was not ready at 6 as scheduled and we did not have time for it before the shuttle left. From what I could see though there was a good selection so it would have been good.

Best Motel on our Road Trip”

Every thing looked brand new. Very good breakfast included sausage, fried egg in addition to normal continental fare

Hot Breakfast COLD!”

The first morning we were there, the fried eggs and sausage were at room temperature. The coffee was lukewarm and so was the milk. The only item that was the juice, which was in a dispensing machine. So, the second morning, we refused to eat anything that was supposed to be kept hot and made our coffee with the one-cup machine in our room. Not having foods at the proper temperature is a violation of health regulations. For that reason alone, I would not recommend that location to anyone.

Everything good. A/C excellent. King-sized bed was very comfortable. Multiple TV channels.

The good and the horrible”

Good: Staff, pool, shuttle service very accessible. Horrible: The alarm in the room (klaxon siren and strobe light) went off twice during the night. The 2nd time I called the front desk, and they had no indication that it was going off. I asked them to put a note on my file so I could contact management. When I emailed their customer service, there was no response. I finally twisted their arm on Twitter, but despite requesting a partial refund they would only agree to give me reward points. The carpets were absolutely filthy. Our socks turned black within minutes and we didn't notice until it was too late.

ABF is bad, staff have no service my on the room service. Request to clean in the morning but have to wait for her arrangement. She planed to clean the room starting from the lower end first but my room is on the front, So we have to wait.

We traveled with family for a family members surgery, our 1st hotels was a HARD pass, Nathan took care of us, even upgraded the room. 10 stars if I could.

OK for overnight - wouldn't do an extended stay”

If you need a place for overnight coming or going from Phoenix Intl airport this is a reasonable option. Reasonably priced with a nice pool kept at a comfortable temperature. Many other things a bit subpar. Even though we had reserved well ahead, we were given room set up for wheelchair confined and which had an odd smell. The front desk solution was to give us air freshener to spray. The TV remote batteries were dead. Had to return to front desk to get WI-FI log on code, which was not provided. The free breakfast was a bit above coffee and rolls, but just a bit and the prep and layout showed little thought. Lots of little things kept it from being the kind of place I'd want to be in for an extended stay. Fine for overnight. They are in the process of doing a refresh to the interior, so obviously they are working to bring guests a better experience.

Nice place, but a couple issues....”

Great location & staff were very friendly. Only drawbacks were they were remodeling & they gave us a room right next to one they were working on. So we were bothered with that noise. Our room was nice, had a few things of trash on rhe floor but wasn't bad. Breakfast could have been a bit better, food was barely warm & kinda like it had been sitting for more then a day, pool area was good, but pool was a bit cloudy. Still waiting for my deposit back as well, it has been 2 days now since we checked out. Overall yes I would stay again if those couple things were done & better.

If it weren’t sold out the next morning, I definitely would have extended my stay ”

Very welcoming, respectful, and attentive staff. Through the entirety of my stay, I felt welcome, I felt comfortable, it Did not smell AT ALL, such as other similarly priced options in the surrounding area. It was a good stay, and great purchase.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at”

Everything about this hotel is soul draining. Avoid at all costs. There are better options out there.
