Value for money, clean and spacious!”

The hotel is at a convenient location near Aeon Kulai and there's a lot of option for food nearby. The rooms are clean, staffs were friendly and helpful. There isn't a lot of flashy things in this hotel, but the essential things like air-conditioning, wifi and water heater etc. are all present and the room is spacious for the money. I strongly recommend this option!

Well maintain boutique hotel, lot of restraunt and also Aeon kulai shopping mall with walking distance, Security guard provided at night time to overlook vechile. This is one of my important requirement for choosing hotel. I had bad experience last time my car mirror got broke by theive T.T~ Luckily I don’t put any valuable staff in my car. Will come back again! Thumbs up.

We had a nice stay here. The room is clean and the people who work here are more than kind and helpful. Not to mention it is just walking distance to the Arestaurant/eateries. The Johor Premium Outlet is about 5 minutes drive away. Will come back next time.

Around 2years I'm keep staying this hotel when I visit Kulai. Good to saw their improvement from service to facilities.

Had a great stay over here. The room is cosy and clean. It is within walking distance to the AEON mall and the eateries. Besides, Johor Premium Outlet is just 5 minutes drive away. Value for money, definitely will come back again.

This is a nice hotel with a very strategic location. Restaurants, Aeon supermarket, banks and milk tea shops are abundant here. You can get food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in walking or with a short drive. They provide you with toothbrush and tooth paste, soap in the bathroom and cup and jug to fill up water from the dispenser outside of the room. Can't say much of our room because we had ours frosted and the view was the back alley and the view of the back part of a restaurant. There are no elevator so you will have to climb up the staircase.

Simple and Clean Hotel”

Located about 10 mins walk to AEON Mall and many eateries nearby. Rooms facing the highway are expected to by noisy due to traffic noise but had a view. The Executive Room is quite spacious for us, didn't have the feeling like living in a shoe-box. Bed linens were clean and towels had a nice fragrance, the entire hotel smelled nice and was kept very clean. The cleaning auntie did a fantastic job! There was a hot/cold water dispenser and a sink in the guests lounge, a pitcher and a hairdryer in the room, good gesture! Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Overall was good. Location is strategic, the Aeon Mall is just less than 10min walk away. There area also has lots of eateries/restaurants that you can find. However, need to be careful when getting back to hotel at night as there is a bit dark and quiet at row of the shop lots. Bottled water is not provided however there is water dispenser machine for you to refill your water bottle. The room is tidy and clean and the basic amenities are provided. It's good to have this hotel with this price.

Pros: - Friendly receptionists. - Street parking. Security guard will look after guests' cars at night. - Good location as many eateries and shops are available within walking distance. - Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. - Room equipped with hair dryer. Cons: - Noisy as windows are not sound-proof for street-facing room. For light sleepers, you might want to request for quiet room not facing the main street. (This wasn't an issue for us, but would like to mention for future guests' reference.) - Iron and iron board (old condition but usable) are provided at common area outside the room. Would need to bring all your clothes out to iron.

No free parking, have to buy coupon. Water dispenser provided at lobby. No lift so elderly need request room at ground floor if needed. WiFi stable. toilet big. The cleaner talk loudly until awake us at the morning. But overall recommences this hotel. Oh ya, cheap breakfast set available at the cafe next door until 11am.

Basic but Clean and comfortable”

Good choice for sleepover. No frills. Plus point for those who drives, they seemed to reserve some parking space for hotel guest and with security guard right in front of the hotel. When we got back late in the evening, there's a specific lot in front of hotel cordon off and the security guard immediately remove the cone and guide us in. The receptionist was also very friendly. A good stay.

The hotel is only 10-15 min driving to Senai Airport... The staff is helpfull, the room is clean and comfy. AEON mall is in walking distance and you can find lot of foods in this complex. It's a good option for transit hotel...
