            Easy to get to, close to the Highway. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the back in the evening. Room was comfortable and quiet for sleeping. comfortable beds! Also we were so impressed with the personal welcoming on the tv screen in the room! A nice personal touch! 👍🏼
            Parking. We had to park in the back because the front was full. Poor to no lighting where we parked. We didn’t like that there weren’t cups for the coffeemaker in the room, just glasses.

            Loved the morning front desk lady and the restaurant staff. They were always super friendly and genuinely seemed to be happy working at this hotel.
            I didn’t like the fact that we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and any other basic essentials for our room if we needed them. I actually asked on the morning of third day for towels and toilet paper expecting them to be in my room by that night and they were not. I had to go back downstairs to get them. I could’ve waited on the towels but the toilet paper we were totally out of because we only had one roll to began with. I totally get the Covid issue but for the price I paid the maid should’ve at the least come by and checked on our bathroom needs. Oh and to take our trash out. When I stay at a 150.00 a night hotel I shouldn’t have to ask for basic cleaning needs I’m not even asking for my bed to be make just the basics. One other minor detail was I wanted to know why my room was a different charge each night and I asked the front desk lady and she didn’t know so she said the manager would look at it and call me back. He never called me so I called him and he said “give me 25 minutes and I will call you back” he never did so I call back again and a different front desk lady answered my questions as if that was common knowledge. He (the manager) definitely dropped the ball. When I come back to North Dakota because of the above issues this would not be my first choice hotel.

            Dirt in a lot of spaces and dirty mirrors, I am paying a lot of money for a room and I had high expectations, but it just went down. I was tired and I don’t like to complain but it was a little too much if I am paying a high price for it to be looking like this.

            Hotel was spotless. Staff was very friendly and totally went out of there way for me. I was driving through and stayed for 1 night. I left behind a pair of my glasses and I called them from the car. They found them, got my address and Fed Ex’d them right to my front door. Fantastic service.

            The staff was expected to do several jobs so it took a while to get checked in. They need more help. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but I thought over worked.
