Excellent customer service; Good location for Novena”

Excellent service, especially compared to Oasia Hotel Novena right next door. Cannot commend their staff enough. The room is a little small but well designed. One issue I had was that the guest toiletries were not sufficient. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles are small — not enough for 2 guests. They need to make the bottles bigger or add more bottles per room. The fitness centre is nothing special, but having it open 24 hours is a plus.

Staycation ”

It was our first time staying at Courtyard, understand it is rather new hotel. But the disappointment is the remote controller battery is down, it took almost 30mins for the repairman to change it. The location is good as it is just beside Novena MRT station, there are quite a handful of cafes and restaurants. Quite enjoyed the Urbana Roof Top Bar and the gym. You can take a swim as well as the pool is at 33rd floor. Overall, it’s a good place to have a staycation.

Nice new hotel located next to malls”

I am impressed with the space management of the room. The room is small, but yet it feels spacious because of the open bathroom (with option to close with sliding doors). The floor to ceiling window also offers fantastic view. The hotel is located next to malls with many food and shopping conveniences. However, getting to the malls from the hotel might need some practice because the hotel is not directly linked but has to walk through the lobby of the medical centre, or along the road, which is not difficult. The only thing that I don't like about the hotel is we have to take a lift to get to the 22nd floor, which is where the reception is. There are only two lifts leading from 1st to 22nd floor, and on the day of my check-in, only 1 lift is working. Can wait for quite some time.

We enjoyed our stay here at this lovely hotel and will definitely come back again! Room was spacious and services were top notch! Our check in and out process was equally smooth as well and since we came during the new year, we were also given a small new year present. Always nice to receive little surprises like these. Hotel is also very new and very clean!

Relaxing Room”

Hotel situated in a good location. Walking distance to train station, departmental stores and lots of eateries nearby. Drug stores, convenient store and hospitals nearby as well. Hotel room is very clean and bed very comfy, get to see nice view from the window. Staffs were friendly and approachable. Looking forward to stay here again.

Can be better...”

Spend a night celebrating my wife birthday for a short stay-cation. The lobby staff is friendly to handle our check-in The room is awesome overall except that the toilet cannot be locked as the design doesn't allow. The breakfast spread is overall quote acceptable just that the staff at the breakfast seem unprofessional. Example : we were given a bill on our table, the staff who place the bill on the table didn't explain very clearly the purpose of the bill and what is the action is required, she just mumbled and left the table. Another point : 50% of the guest which comes down to have their breakfast was not properly assigned with a table, which happen that the table besides me (already taken by a mother and son) was met with an Indian guest who randomly wanting to seat on their table while they are away taking food. And top on top of that, 2 Korean guest was not served when they exit the lift went around aimlessly looking for table and decided to random seat on a empty table.

New and modern hotel”

Conveniently located just next to Novena MRT station. Staff are very friendly. Bed and Pillow is nice, very comfortable. Breakfast is great.

Hotel for Health tourism”

Located at Novena square. Not in the central or tourist spot. 2 MRT station to Orchard.Looks like more for health tourism

Rude staff encountered (?Jenny)”

Hi there, I encountered a very rude and unhelpful operator called Jenny when I made a call to ‭+65 ‭6550 0303‬‬ on 28th Dec 2018 at 2145h. Not only was she rude and unhelpful, she also gave me the wrong hotel number to call and gave me entirely wrong information that frontdesk is closed and frontline staff will not be able to help me even if I managed to call through. I asked her for her name and she told me Jenny; I asked what’s her last name and she said she did not have. Is that possible?? I’m not sure if she’s entirely truthful and this name could be made up. I hope the hotel management looks into this issue and give me a reply. (She’s a female who is having a cold and sniffle during the call) I subsequently found the correct number on the hotel website, called up 6250 0303 and had my queries attended to. Thank you to the helpful frontline staff for giving us the city facing room, which I requested to view fireworks. During checkout we were not given receipt for the stay and payment. Can I know the reason? Thanks.

Basin Handwash Clogged Up”

My parents were staying in this hotel and we did feedback on the basin clogged up on their 2nd day of staying. Thinking they had done the necessary, however, the 3rd-5th day they stayed there, the basin still clogged up! Even we feedback on the 3rd day to the front office and feedback to the housekeeper on the 4th day, the basin was never been rectified. The room number was #2320. Was really disappointed for Marriott Hotel to have such a standard in responding and providing solution to customer.

We stayed for 2 nights here. Hotel is new, clean, and very close to many restaurants, hospitals, malls, churches, etc. Definitely recommended!

Exceptional”

Room condition is wonderful as it still be very new. Cleanliness is excellence. They added more bottle water for us too. Shower room and electrical appliance are very modern. Location is very good too. It is not too close to busy area and not too far if you want to go to attraction in the central area.

Pros: + good location, next to big shopping mall with many choices for food and shopping. + newly built, clean and pleasant Cons: + Breakfast buffet doesn't have too many options + Gym facilities needs to be re-checked, one of the tread mill is kind of breaking down

I love the location, cleanliness and facilities and the rooftop bar! It is super convenient with 3 malls nearby! Plenty of food choices and if you love to chill at night, there are bistros nearby as well.

Clean, Comfortable”

The location is conveniently located near to Novena MRT and also shopping malls. The bed is comfy and the reception staffs are quite friendly. The view from the room is beautiful too.

and they were unable to give me any generic medication, so they wrote me a couple get well cards, included a pack of chips and a healthy drink. very thoughtful.
