Comfortable room, friendly staff, but a bit noisy.”

Overall, the cleanliness in the room from bed to bathroom is impeccable. Bed is very comfort to sleep on. The air-conditioning is cold too, and since it's not centralized air-conditioning, you can adjust the temperature easily. Hotel is very near to KL sentral. Just go past NU sentral from KL sentral, use the bridge to cross the road, and you will find Cozy hotel near where people parked their motorbike below the monorail. The room is not very sound-proof. You can always hear people opening and closing the doors outside. And since the corridor and staircase is not carpeted, but with tile, you will always hear footstep and luggage wheel rolling. One more time, the staff may not tell you, but you need to renew your key card at the reception everyday before 12 pm, else you won't be able to enter your room. I think it's unnecessary, but maybe it's in place to make sure customer check out before 12 pm. But overall, very pleasant stay other than the noise.

I was quite surprised with the quality of the room and thougtfulness of the staff while staying at Cozy. The location is good as it's walking distance from the monorail (actually it's right above) and KL Sentral. It's just a 10 min walk from KL Sentral (go through NUMall following the monorail signs). The checkin was smooth and the front desk agent A'Kash was super professional and friendly. He offered some nice places to eat in the area (ABC mamak - so delicious). The room wasn't so big but it was clean and well thought out as many off and ends were in the room to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast offered wasn't outstanding but it got the job done and was a nice gesture of the hotel. Overall, I'm quite happy with this hotel and will stay here again.

Had all the quality of a great budget hotel.. 1. Location.. next to nu sentral/kl sentral.. 2. Convenience.. Next to kl sentral monorail station/plenty of indian restaurant (if not a fan.. Go inside nu sentral food court).. Next door is the hotel own self service laundry.. 3. Polite and helpful staff.. 4. Price under MYR100.. Which I consider budget 5. Clean & good place to rest after a long city tour.. 6. Peaceful at night eventough road infront.. Cons.. Only 1 but its kind of the hotel policy I guess.. The door card(key) is not functioning on check out day.. Meaning if you go for breakfast and came back you need to call room service or any staff to open the door for u. But I guess thats to remind the guest its time for them to go home..

Convenient Location, Helpful Staff, Clean Rooms”

Super convenient location near KL Sentral made it easy to get around KL and to and from the airport. Hotel is fairly new, near a large modern mall connected to KL Sentral, and is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Irina for helping us make long distance calls to cancel credit cards when my husband's wallet was stolen. The room we were in had no windows and was on the small side but was clean. Bathroom was also on the small size but the water was hot with good water pressure. Bed was on the firm side but we didn't mind it. Fridge in the room was a plus as I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and the filtered water cooler available to all guests is a great. Only disappointment was the "breakfast buffet" served at a nearby restaurant. It's not much of a buffet, just fried rice one day and noodles another day with toast, watermelon, and some cereals. Overall the hotel was good value and I would recommend it.

Excellent budget hotel at KL Sentral!”

I stay here during all my trip to KL due to its strategic location at KL Sentral. The hotel is just below the monorail station and easy access to KL sentral. Clean and hygienic with comfortable bed. Good facilities with hot shower, cupboard, LCD TV, writing table and chair, coffee making facilities, even with free coffee and tooth brush/paste. Best of all, they also have Coway water purifier and dispenser at ground floor for free refill of drinking water. However, there are no lift but it's ok to walk up to 1st or 2nd floor with helpful staffs to help you carry the luggage. Do take note, they only have queen size bed and no twin sharing, so if you are thinking of sharing room, you may have to share the bed too! Finally, really like the friendly front office staffs especially Mr. Rubel who is very helpful and nice! Good value for money for business traveler!

Cozy Hotel is located just a stone-throw away from KL Sentral Monorel Station, 5 mins to NU Sentral and 5 mins to KL Sentral Station. It has very basic amenity, only found sleeper, liquid soap and shampoo. There's empty minibar fridge and complementary bottled water. I got windowless room but its okay since i stayed only for 1 night. I didn't see lift or elevator inside the building. Overall good hotel with very affordable price. would come back again.

Hotel was less than 100m away from the monorail KL Sentral station. Just across the street from NU Sentral Mall. Had free 2 bottles of water during check-in, but was not replenished daily although you can refill your bottles downstairs with the dispenser. Cleaning was also only done during the first 2 nights, afterwards they didn't clean the room. We didn't request for it to be cleaned either because we only stayed there to sleep. There's an Old Town coffee shop at the end of the road, probably a 2-min walk from the hotel. There's a laundromat right next to the hotel, if you're staying for long periods this would be an advantage. Plenty of local restaurants on the same street, within walking distance. We were also allowed to leave our luggage with the hotel while waiting for our time to go to the airport. Wifi was pretty stable.Noise can be heard from the hallways due to thin doors. Good water pressure in the bathroom w/ hot water.Overall, very good stay and extremely perfect location!

Comfortable Stay !!!”

The hotel was clean, comfortable and there was everything that was needed. Rooms are small which is common for most hotels in this nature. The location was excellent because it is 2-3 minutes walk to the KL sentral main bus station and 1 minute walk to metro. However, the hotel is little bit far away from markets, if you are looking for clothes, bags at cheaper prices (but a 15 minute drive will take you there). The staff was excellent and room service was at a very high level. Highly recommended for anyone.

When I come KL travel, Cozy Hotel is my first choice. Hotel near KL Sentral monorail , LRT , KTM . And near "Makan Place" . Staff very friendly and helpful ! Room clean and facilities all good . Will still planning by next trip and stay Cozy Hotel again .

Strategically located in KL sentral but many aspect need improvement”

Strategically located in KL sentral area. This is a relatively comfortable hotel for you to get around KL as KL sentral is the best place for you to get train to travel anywhere. There are many eateries around in the morning and afternoon but some shop close for the night - which i could never grasp why as there are many tourist around these area. There is no lift in this hotel so have to climb stairs - good for the heart , maybe not so for elderly. Some comment on the room - the main tiles of the floor is tooo slippery - i almost felt down many times. The tv has some decent clear channels. The bed was comfortable although there was some visible stain on the bedsheet. Towel need to change to new one - please guys - these old towel cause pain than comfort. The aircondition , however, produce humming motor sounds, might affect some one who is sensitive to noise. Toilet was ok. The staff was amazing though. Overall ,decent and good but need improvement - the devil is in the detail

Even though the room is a bit compact and no breakfast; it justified by the price and in overall I'm very satisfied. The room is neat, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the standard hotel facility is available, except for Cable TV. The staff also friendly. The location is very close to KL Sentral transportation hub line (LRT, MRT, Monorel, Bus) and NU Central Mall. Nearby building sell various products such as food, laundry, mini store, money exchange, ATM, pre paid SIM, or massage.

Staff is helpful, Check-in and check-out process is very smooth. Laundry or Doby is just next to the hotel. Room is clean, and new with freezer. The room is a bit small but consider the price and the location, it's definitely worth it. NU Sentral (shopping mall next to KL Sentral) is just 50m away, so no worry, u can walk.

Best Budget Hotel in KL Sentral”

New hotel with reasonably sized clean room. No window but you can enjoy cable TV channels like HBO. Wifi is strong with easy connectivity. Aircon is silent and cooling. Bathroom fittings and water heater are adequate, love the rain shower. Location is great, just beside KL Sentral Monorail Station. Hotel management reading this, tirelessly Maintain the cleanliness and equipment please and you will always get healthy occupancy.

This hotel situated beside monorail station. Nearby kl sentral. So easy for u to go anywhere in kl using public transport. I love this hotel but the room too small. But worth the price! Staff so friendly and they allowed me to check in early (11.30am) instead of 2pm. Such a great hospitality !

This hotel is considered relatively cheap by the standard of KL living cost. The location is exceptional, its just walking distance away from KL Sentral, giving plenty options for interchanging of railway, LRT, MRT and monorail network...Probably a little bit quiet as its kind of hidden in a small street so be more vigilant if you are coming back at night, but still great service and hotel to stay

+ close to the centre of public transportation (KL Sentral Station) + besides a laundry (self service) + a lot of restaurants + early check in at 11 am (I called them while in the airport, and they said OK without charge). + daily room cleaning service (2 bottle of mineral water, soap, blanket, and towel) + refrigerator was not installed when we arrived, but they directly provided it after requested + friendly staff. Maybe they can improve their knowledge about tourist destination - the laundry is cheap if you have 10 kg of clothes, but if less than 10 kg, the price is same :) - you have to reset the key if you return after they clean the room
