Many cockcroaches in the house. Owner helpful in check in & check out progress. But no response when ask about the house issue (many cockcroaches & no wifi). Won’t come back again.

Bad experience. Apartment was not clean. Pillows and bed comforter dirty and old. Bedsheets colour stains our clothes after lying on them. Unpleasant stay.

Easy self check-in. Host shared video to the carpark. 👍 Clean room for non-fussy people. Air-con and wifi well-function. Well equipped (utensils, fridge, washing machine, astro). Eateries, convenient stores downstairs. IOI city mall within 5min driving journey. Downside is few (3-5) small cockroaches in the house. The beddings not that clean (visible stains and few hairs, maybe will feel itchy for sensitive skin people). Thin blankets.

CONEZION RESIDENCE IOI RESORT ”
The house was as advertised. The location was good with good amenities, near IOI City Mall and good view. The only thing that we find it not acceptable was, there were no proper blanket in all the air-cond rooms. They provided bedsheet type of blankets in all rooms, where we could not enjoy our sleep at night, just too cold to turn on the air-cond. We requested for blanket the 2nd day and were given additional same type of bedsheet blankets, but at least with 2 layers of it, we survived.
