Absolutely value for money!”

I stayed in a group of 4 all in one room for 3days 2nights. The room is quite big & comfortable enough for us. It comes with 1 king size bed & 1 single bed, so we add in one extra bed. Which the downside is the extra bed are really really thin. We request an additional bed to put on top of it but they said it was unavailable but they gave us an additional comforter. The bathroom are quite large with a big mirror inside & hot shower. The staff are really attentive at all our request. Gave us iron & the board within 5 minutes after we hang up the phone. They cleaned the room & made our bed everyday & replace the towel, amenities, shower supply & the trash bag. Location wise, the hotel are easy to find. It located on the main road. Cafe wasn't available as they still under some renovation but there are some mini stall around the area. You can find some restaurants in Tesco which only 10 minutes drive from the hotel. It takes around 30/40 minutes drive from the hotel to Danga Bay, Johor Bharu town, Stulang Laut & The Zon, but it only takes about 15 minutes drive to Johor Premium Outlet (JPO) which all are the place you should visit when in Johor. We didn't go to the Legoland cause we are not interested into & the only place we were missing out are the Puteri Harbour. We were out the whole day since 10am on Saturday & really exhausted when we come back to our hotel at 1am. Overall, the Creator Hotel are a really nice hotel & budget friendly. Suitable for families, friends, couples or even single. We enjoyed our stay.

I never been there before,this was my first time booked Creator Hotel for those of my friends those who have working trip to Kulai..Luckily,they loved this place so much and have good recommended after a night staying there.. 1 of my friend said,will book at the same hotel if travel there again!

Good Value”

Slightly expensive for the location, however the hotel is pretty new, everything is working for my family. Room is spacious. Location is great and convenient if you are travelling around Kulai. As my relatives are from Kulai, to us who is from Singapore feels that it is definitely the best in the area. Wifi is definitely weak, only 1 of our phone is able to get connected. There's a power failure around 9pm for the lift when we get back to the hotel. Thus we were asked to climb to stairs to 4th floor if we would not want to wait. However, the power came back within 20mins. According the relatives in Kulai, there's actually a power failure throughout the city of Kulai around 3am, and last for an hour or so. Fortunately, the hotel power recover quickly and did not affect any of us.

Practical hotel with beautiful deco and interior design.”

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before when it was still Kulai City Inn. But this time round, it was our first when it changed management to Creator Hotel. The hotel has been refurbished since with added decorations and interior design which is simplistic and interesting. The family room is practical with 2 double beds accommodating families with children especially. I would recommend this hotel as it offers value for money and comfort as well. Thank you.

Affordable and beautiful design hotel”

The staff greeting was great, the hotel design was beautiful as we took a lot of photos in the hotel itself, the breakfast at Oldtown white coffee is acceptable even not so many choices, the location in kulaijaya is ok as it near to johor bahru city, not so far to travel to legoland. Overall far beyond my expectation with affordable price

my stay in Creator hotel went good, i would say its a very comfortable for my wife and daughter, the room was rather large and movable with ease. Lots of ammenities that can be used in the room. i requested ironing facility and they send it to the room within 2 minutes. It was a stay of two nights. my friends and i stayed with 2 different rooms with their family. nice, comfortable and spacious. two thumbs up and i would recommend to my friends or stay again.

Value For Money”

The hotel is located at a prime area although there's nothing much to do in Kulai. It's easily located at the Main Street where you can see a lot of locals around the area. Room are spacious and very clean. Love the English-vintage concept and also the modern design lobby are at 4th floor. Will definitely be back again. Strategic location if you're planning to shop at the Johore Premium Outlet which is approximately 15 mins drive from the hotel.

Hotel's location is superb - walking distance to KTM Kulai station and Kulai bus terminal. This location, coupled with very good facilities, makes the hotel stay value for money! Room was clean, and staff was friendly. Just a slight bit of issue with the solo room decor - felt like a school dormitory room that had a completely different design from the hotel lobby and exterior design! Besides this, everything else was great!

We had stayed in this hotel for many times as we like here alot. It's lobby is very beautiful for pictures and comfy for resting. We always recommend Creator Hotel to our friends and relatives and tell them this is the best hotel in Kulai as far as we know. This trip we brought 17 family members to stay at Creator Hotel for 2 nights . Unfortunately, my son lost the access room card for our room on the second day and we told the reception about it. Was REALLY disappointed that regular customers like us were asked to pay RM53 for the lost card if we couldn't find it by the time we check out. We paid for the lost card without fuss and check out. Might try other hotels in the near future.

Great hotel to explore Kulai”

Was on a malaysia road trip and chance upon this hotel on Agoda for our Kulai stop. The location is great, with ample parking space in front of the hotel and in the basement. Clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Kulai

Cozy, Clean and Basic Hotel”

Overall it is a satisfactory stay. Just that there was en electricity trip in our room. But, the hotel staff was very attentive. She went to our room to solve our problem immediately after being informed. The water pump in our room was not strong enough. Perhaps Creator Hotel can improve that.

My stay at Creator Hotel”

This is my first time staying at Creator Hotel. I must say that the hotel lobby decoration was really nice. The staff who attended to me was very professional and most importantly made me feel good. I requested for an extension for an additional night and was promptly delivered. The hotel rooms are at L4. In order to access the hotel room area, you will need to have an access card. The room is great although my room does not have a view as it faces the opposite room. The water pressure is accepatable; the bedsheets and pillow cases are clean and the mattress is comfortable. There is ample of parking lots at B1 & B2. The hotel is accessible to major shopping centers, Tesco, IOI Mall and Aeon Kulai. Other than that, I find everything good and will recommend for those who are looking for a hotel in Kulai.

It was quite decent stay with affordable price. Just nice with the room pricing and the services. The interior design was incredible and almost all the places inside this hotel is good spot to take photos. Morover, I left one of my bag due to rushing and the staffs, esp Ms Shaila and Ms Shagi helps me to post the bag via courier services. Really thanking them from my heart for the help. Overall super awesome relaxing spots to rest with incredible view.

Simple Amenities, Best in Kulai”

Comfortable bed, cozy and decent. The owner of the boutique hotel has invested in a theme that makes this hotel stand out among hotels in Johor Bahru, it tickles your senses making you feel a sense of secure and warm even on a dull day. I've stayed here previous time, they have invested in decorations and computer terminals and better label signs on each level. Feature improvement is little, however they are still worth a mention.

Creator hotel was not provide Airport Transfer even I tick I need this service in AGODA”

Near to kulai bus terminal , it is around 5 min drive with uber. I give 3 star for staff due to when I ask for free airport transfer , but staff told me they do not provide this service. but in agoda section "Why should I stay here?" it stated Free Airport Transfer. During booking I also tick the checkbox mentioned I need airport transfer around 7am . but the staff did not explain to me just said they do not provide this service. This is confusing compare to the Agoda page. I book this hotel due to it is near to airport and first in agoda website it stated have free airport transfer. But luckily I still can get a Uber ride in morning around 6.45 am. from creator hotel to senai airport around RM12. It is still a good location to stay if want to go airport

CLEAN,COMFORT AND CONVENIENT”

when i first stepped in, the first thing that caught my attention was the interior design of the hotel. very unique, creative and artistic. 2) i find the hotel is very quiet which is a plus point unlike other hotels that has full occupancy especially with china travellers. 3) the room is big, bed is comfortable, sufficient pillows for fussy sleepers and lastly, location is in the middle of kulai town centre.

For the price, this is the best hotel in the Kulai area. Very nice and very cosy.
