Excellent”
Crystal Hotel Hat Yai was a pretty decent hotel. One of the things we like about the hotel was the location. It wasn't far from the airport and there is a shopping mall like a few minutes walk - you need to walk out and go on the overhead bridge to get to the mall (a good exercise!) There is also Tesco a few minutes down, in one of the alleys and Makro supermarket before the bridge (go there for cheap bargain!!). Our booking includes free breakfast (coupons were given when you checked in). There was different menus on both days we were there which is good. Quite a lot of option if you are not such a picky eater. The only issues we had will be the wifi (only one of us could access to it) and the room had noises in the middle of the night (not sure if it is the a/c or the fridge but it is LOUD and we couldn't sleep well). Also, they had an issue with the power on one of the days so we were restless as there is no lights / tv / ac for a couple of hours.

Strategic Location, ”
I booked for Suite Whirlpool Bathtub, a very nice room design, I like it so much. The hotel located at a very strategic location, immediate reach when enter to Hat Yai city; and just a short distance if going to old town, this made the hotel away from the noisy. Opposite the hotel is Central Hat Yai Shopping Mall and near to the night market as well. New hotel, very clean and staff is friendly as well. However, the choice of breakfast is very limited.

Good location, nice and polite staff”
Value for money: a bit more pricey compared to other hotels in Hatyai but worth the money as it is new and I saw quite a few batches of cabin crews check in so quality of hotel is pretty good. Location: Used to pick hotels near the market area but this time, we were more interested in the night markets, Makro hyper market, big c supermarket, we chose this area and it was walking distance to the places listed. The hotel is located right opposite Central Festival Shopping Centre. There is a 10baht songthaew bus service to the market area. Try googling for it. Cleanliness: no cockroaches, no ants (I saw a lot of ants in other hotels I went to, even on the bed, and those are decent hotels.) Overall cleanliness is very good, minus one star off cos the housekeeping staff forgot to change the free mineral water in the rooms and we drank the water left by previous occupiers by mistake :'((( Bathtub was clean! That's rare in Hatyai hotels. Maybe because it's new. Staff: I saw a lot of reviews saying that staff could not speak English and so I spoke to them in Thai. However, they replied me in English seeing that I don't hold a local passport and they spoke English pretty well. They were nice and polite and accommodated to our request pleasantly when we asked for a change of rooms. Facilities: I saw that there was a label stating swimming pool but it was covered up. So I'm not sure whether there is a swimming pool or not. Not sure about other facilities. Anyway we weren't very interested in using the facilities, we prefer to go out and explore. All the rooms are non smoking and you will have to sign an indemnity form to declare that you will not smoke in their rooms. I think that contributes to the overall cleanliness of bathtubs and the hotel in general. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back because of the quality of the hotel and the location (note that we are only interested in the night market, Makro hypermarket and not the main market ar

Fantastic ”
We stayed overnight as a layover... picked a deluxe room with king bed. By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff spoke good English and were extremely hospitable. The room service has a good selection. The mall across the street had a movie theatre and enough food if you don't eat at the hotel. Would definitely stay again if in Hat Yai.

We having a short trip to Hat Yai, it is conveniently located, can be accessed from many sites, although a distance from city center, but worth to stay. It is located within walking distance to Central Festival and Asian Greenway market. The room is clean, big and cold, while buffet breakfast is absolutely nice.

New built hotel and make us comfortable to stay. Just cross over the road is the festive mall which is latest giant mall at hat yai now. In night time 2 night bazaar just nearby this hotel take tuk tuk about 2mins only. Hotel can help us to call the tuk tuk because this location is far a bit from the old town like lee garden area. But at the festive mall they provide free shuttle to lee garden also. If you own a private car or rent car is am advantage to stay at this hotel rather than stay at the town area. Because the town area almost is old hotel.

All the Brands product can get it at this shppping center.Also near at ASEAN Market Area only 1KM night time can walk to there.
