Exceptional”

This is second time I stay in crystal In. First stay was a few days earlier than the 2nd stay. It was 4 nights stay for both. During my first stay (11-15/7/209), The aircond was not functioning well. The maintenance staff respond immediately and try to fix it. I understand that its normal to have aircond problem sometimes at the hotel.Since the aircond still not okey, they have upgraded my room to a better one. Its not so much about the room upgrade, but Im happy with the fast and good service they have provided. Im satisfied and I think it is value for money, I have made another booking for my relatives to stay at Crystal Inn from 16-20/7/2019. Thank you so much Crystal Inn for the great service👍🏻 will surely come again if I ever come to Batu Pahat next time.

Good hotel to stay in”

My family really enjoy our stay here. Huge parking space, walking distance to "The store" shopping complex. Simple breakfast yet delicious..Friendly staff. Near to all food heaven of Batu Pahat. For Dinner, suggest to go to Restoran Nikmat to try their Rice porridge and cheese nan. The most important is the room is cheap..Will sleep here again if come to Batu Pahat. Thank you Crystal Inn

It is definitely the best choice to stay in Batu Pahat. it is clean and tidy... of course for this price you cant expect to have other facility like pool and gym... Good location as it is by the main road and easy access to malls, or anywhere in town center. I have stayed Pinetree and Landmark before, Crystal Inn is way better in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The room service menu is tasty and reasonable price. Hotel receptionist is good and prepared Tax invoice as i requested earlier.

Great Value Hotel”

The hotel is located close to the heart of Batu Pahat. There's plenty of car parks. The hotel may be old but it has been kept and maintained very well. The rooms are clean and spacious. Do not expect luxury here but for the price and comfort, I would rate the rooms as very worth staying.

Very good value ”

I reviewed this hotel 3 years ago and have them a good rating . They have not disappointed me . Upgraded room is a nice touch . Still value for money as always . Breakfast & staff attitude can be improved But we are not after perfection after all this is Batu pahat we are talking about

Had a pleasant stay, will be back again”

Clean, spacious family room, sufficient pillows. Friendly staffs. Nothing to complain about. Will certainly book the same place again when I'm back in Batu Pahat.

Reasonably priced, Decent hotel”

Pretty decent hotel with easy parking onsite, and The Store just next to it. The room was comfortable and spacious enough (we were given a room at the top floor and right at the back, with a sunset view of The Store and the skyline!). The breakfast provided wasn't that good, I'd probably skip it the next time I stay there, since Batu Pahat has PLENTY of good food. Cereal was hard, even after being drowned in milk, and unfortunately, the butter provided was actually margarine, which taste pretty plastic on my toast. Other than the lacklustre breakfast, everything that really mattered was good.

Nice basic hotel For Family Room B”

Huge, spacious room for my kids to play around..staff Friendly..room very basic but most essentials provided...nothing to complain about..was happy to be there...plus near to The Store department where you can buy yr groceries and others...Batu Pahat mall is about 15 mins drive..Thank you for making our stay memorable..will be back! 😉

Everything is good except for the air-conditioner dripping water in the middle of the night...”

As usual, Crystal Inn remains my first choice for my business trip to Batu Pahat. The toilet has recently been renovated but a few of amenities have gone, such as slippers, room service menu, and even phone directory is not there as I do not know which number to call to the front desk. In the middle of the night, the air-conditioner started dripping water, and gradually, it is a like down pouring, and i have to use two dust bin to contain the water... it was in the middle of the night while i was asleep and I did not know the number to call the front desk, i was sleepy and did not bother to go down to the reception and complain about it, because more or less they will need to ask me to change to a new room or they will ask technician to come fix it...either way will stop me from catching up my sleep so I did not take any action towards this matter.

In Batu Pahat town..Affordable price..Comfortable to stay..Price include breakfast..cafe open until 11.30pm..Coway water dispenser every floor..iron and iron board in room. Only toothbrush not available in room.

Surprisingly Good~”

Spent 2 nights here. Was a simple, no frills hotel. Looks old from the outside, but the room I had was clean and tidy. Location wise, it was close to Square Mall One, which I would say, is the biggest mall in Batu Pahat. Would stay here again.

Short getaway”

Love the area cause it is just next to The Store and The summit shopping center, where by if you drive a little bit further you will find the best shopping center called Batu Pahat Mall. The shopping center is big with whatever thing you need you are sure to have it. Breakfast at the hotel is teally disapointed it like nothing only mee hoon n lontong with no fried egg n request for halfboiled egg we need to pay for it. Will not be coming back again to the hotel

It was quite a present stay in this hotel. Although I did not try the breakfast, I aware that there were quite number of customers visited the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I will definitely will revisit this hotel again due to the strategic location in Batu Pahat and fairly clean room. It is an old building, but I felt they actually maintain it nicely.

Stop over stay”

We had a planned stop-over at Batu Pahat on our driving journey back to Singapore, and selected the Crystal Inn because it comes with breakfast. Check-in & check-out are quick & fuss-less. Rooms are pretty well kept, but showing vividly signs of aging. Found a small live cockroach on the wall after coming back from dinner. Breakfast varieties are limited but suffice for the average person on-the-go. Air conditioning & shower pressure and firmness of the bedding are good.
