Not for Non Spanish Speakers”

If you do not speak Spanish skip this hotel, the staff DO NOT understand English.The TV only has Spanish shows and god forbid you put on headphones someone will barge in to your room to make sure you are “safe” since housekeeping can’t read the do not disturb signs outside your room…. If I could give a rating below 0 that would much better describe this place.

Perfect stop off at CDMX”

Flew from London to Mexico - got in late. Perfect place to rest for the night. Right off the terminal, so no transport needed. Great staff!

Stop over”

I stayed there two nights for stop over flights. I had nice rooms and a nice breakfast the day I had a later flight. Recommended.

Great hotel close to airport”

Rooms are modern and clean. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. There is a feee shuttle that runs all day and night if you need to get to the other terminal.

I request an paid for a doble room, I get a si for room with small bed, when I came back they said they don’t have anymore rooms. Mauricio in reception was really rood, I don’t recommended this hotel at all

A good rest ”

My stay was too short to give a good review however for the couple of hours I stayed, I had an excellent rest in a very clean room with a very nice bed! The hotel is a easy to access from the local terminal with an overhead bridge!

Se nota que desde muchos años se mantiene solamente lo necesario. Muy molesto es manejar 2-3 maletas sobre alfombras. Para una noche del cambio del vuelo sirve bien, pero para nada más.

El protocolo de sanidad se lleva a cabo de excelente manera en todo el hotel y alrededores. Da mucha confianza hospedarse ahí.

Obvio la ventaja es la cercanía con el Aeropuerto y su conexión por el túnel es excelente. PERO EL PRECIO VS CALIDAD SE QUEDA CORTO... HABITACIONES SUCIAS Y CON INSECTOS.. ME PICO UNA ARAÑA.

Es decepcionante e inaceptable que en un hotel, los pasajeros se tomen hasta una hora ára el registro. A mi me tomó como 20 min pero la fila detrás era de como 30 personas y sólo había dos recepcionistas. Esta escena la he visto repetida otras noches en que, afortunadamente, mi registro lo hice más temprano. Llegar de un largo vuelo o de carretera y tener que pasar por esto es inaceptable
