My Place @ Surat Hotel is a top notch budget hotel with welcoming staff nestled in a bustling yet quiet area of Surat Thani. Hotel is nicely decorated, room was super clean, bathroom in our room was well maintained, and services exceptional. Night market, shopping center, restaurants, and river ar a short walk. The coffee shop next door is convenient and reasonably priced, which also has a simple breakfast/lunch menu. Internet and cell service are a little slow in this location for whatever reason however going to the coffee shop and using internet there is a better option. Would definitely stay here again if we're in this area. Recommended!

Best place for transfer in Surat Thani”
We booked this place for one night to get to Ko Tao. We arrived late in the evening and still there were 3 employees to help us check in and to bring our luggage inside. We booked a room with shared bathroom but could easily change it there for little money to a room with private bathroom. AC worked fine as well. Everything was clean, also towels were given. Also you could easily book the ferry and the transfer at the hotel. Leaving the place we got a handwritten card as a gift. We can highly recommend this place for one night, but also for a longer stay!

A nice place to stay”
I spent one night in this hotel as I couldnt catch a boat for the islands. The staff is super nice and really helpful. Room was simple, really quiet and super clean. The location is perfect as you are in the city, close to the night Market (3min walking distance) and 10min walk. dist. From the Saturday walking street. I totally recommend and will stay there again if I need to stay overnight in Suratthani.

We were surprised how nice was the place. Clean and comfortable accomodation. We have stayd only for one night. The central location is very good, just 5 min walk to the nightmarket. There is possibility to get the bus (right in front the door) to airoport for 150 bath, which takes about 45 min.

Great Value”
If you're a budget traveler like me you'll love this place. Staff is extremely helpful and will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. Rooms are large, comfortable and very clean, and the location is the best.

Lovely stay, great value for money”
We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe double room. Nothing fancy, but clean and spacious. Helpful staff, helped us book firefly tour and onward travel tickets. Great location to explore the town on foot. Definitely recommend.

near local night market and bus station so easy to transfer to island. wifi works okay but no so stable. basically room is clean but found some ants inside the room this time. overall nice place to stay

Convenient and well management hotel”
This hotel is at town, near to mall with 7mins walking distance, next to night market. Staff is friendly and helpful. When i came i was surprised that i could see my name, which is the person's name will displayed out whom will stay on that day. Then they provided welcome drinks for us. They also have very complete map to guide you the location and restaurant with Thai and English. They gave us postcard when check out. It's really impressed. The only weak part is they do not have lift. However, if want us to choose again if compare with Rajthani hotel, i will rather choose My place hotel because inside the room all the facilities are good. Rajthani toilet do not have vent and far to walk if your room is at last. You need to pass by more than 10rooms and the corridor is dark. Hanger no matter inside toilet or room are too less. Room light also yellowish. If you decide to stay in My place hotel and you are not able to climb up then please make sure they have a first floor room for you

For functionality, There are fulfilled basic things like hot shower,wifi and Air con( if you choose). What's got my attention is customer service. They're welcome attitude. They provide local tips for suratthani town, welcome message in room, message card when check out. Those are very small things but it makes me feel welcome.

My Place is an example of good service and we appreciated it. It is a pity that we had only 1 night stay, but there is nothing to do in Suratthani:( The location is good - My Place cafe next door, night market near, 7eleven, FamilyMart, the main points of interest. Wifi was strong. And the most evaluated - personnel smiles :)

Great location to stay overnight in Surat Thani. Good service, the way staff welcomed us. They even gave me a postcard event hough i'm just stating for 1 night ! Its located at the town and easy access to shop.

I had double room with aircon and big toilet. Very clean and spacious room in heart of city center 2 min walk from night market. Will be back there. Highly recommended

Good budget hotel”
I have no complaints with this hotel. The location is fantastic, the rooms clean, wifi strong, aircon good and hot shower. Staff were friendly and even gave me a post card thanking me for staying there which is really nice. I will stay next time in Surat as it's a good budget option. Also a good little restaurant part of the hotel for cheap food and nice coffee.

Slow wifi that needs improvement. We havent got a good connection. Even we stayed until midnight the connection was super duper slow. Overall the best option for a budget stay but everything we needed.

Only stayed for one night but the room was big and spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff were polite and welcoming on arrival. It is located on the Main Street, so it is close to everything you need.

Fourth floor was hot during the day, but cooled down nicely at night with the window open.
