Excellence Stay Experience”

Overall everything was great and fabulous. Staff is friendly and helpful. Resort environment is so cozy and close to nature (especially the private beach). The facilities is well maintained and food is good but the coffee served in the breakfast can be improved (e.g. invest on coffee machine). Another improvement could be done is shower area inside the room’s bathroom. Such as adding glass door to prevent water splash around the bathroom and clean the bathroom drainage so that water could release faster. Last but not least, anything that you are need help please ask the resort’s front desk staff. They are superb and very helpful. Able to communicate in English and bahasa and will provide a lot of information about your trip itinerary (we rent bike there too, because the rental include bottomless fuel and easy to return). I and my wife were happy and satisfied our stay at Adiwana D’Nusa Beach Club and Resort. Definitely will revisit this place in the future and highly recommended for you choose to stay here. Perfect location to stay!”

The room and bathroom is spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. The hotel location is at the center of hustle bustle Jungut Batu Village so it's easy to find warung, beach club, mini market, even hospital! The hotel has beach club so family can enjoy the pool + beach effortlessly. They have free ride for guest to several tourism spot at Lembongan Island. Recommended resort to stay!

2 nights couple”

We stayed 2 nights for our visit to Nusa Lembongan. About 5 min transport from the ferry. This is a resort style living. We shared a standard room and it had all you can need. Restaurant and pool are is a short walk towards the beach. Great breakfast and reasonable price. I recommend this hotel.

the best hotel I've every been in Nusa Lembongan, you can stay away fr the crowd, private beach, super friendly team. they took us to have lembongan tour, pick us up at dinner place somewhere in lembongan with the golf car, super nice experience! will definitely go back

Excellent”

Best part of this place is the part with the pool, lounge chairs and beanbag chairs beside the big d'Nusa swing that opens up to the water (it's a beautiful spot to watch the sunset). The free breakfast is quite good and there's variety daily. The only thing that could improve was the selection at the restaurant. The bartender had run out of happy hour cocktails when we asked and only had Bintang beer available and 2 of the 3 days we were there they were out of Ayam Lampur. Overall though, there are different levels of rooms or suites that you can stay in and it's a nice spot to base yourself on Nusa Lembongan to explore the Nusa islands.

Would return”

Travelled as a couple, staying in a lagoon access room. Rooms were enormous and clean. Toilet wasn't excellent but it worked ok. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was just ok. Lagoon pool was a bit warm and not very refreshing (lots of chemicals, but they would have to because it's closed off), but with beach access you can cool off in the sea. Loved Lembongan and it was a good hotel location to everything. PS, slightly unrelated, but don't trust the dive shops if you bring your own gear - keep your eyes on your stuff at all times.

Nice Resort but Impossible to get to”

The ferry situation to get to Nusa Lambogan is very primitive. The is not a dock on Bali nor on Lambogan. The ferry was very difficult to board and to get off. This information should be made clear on the hotel websiteas this is not a place for older people to visit. The resort was pleasant but the beach is all coral and not swimmable. The village is very busy with scooter traffic and uncomfortable to walk through as the road is very narrow.

NICE ONE DURING OUR TRIP”

Good location, kind staff, delicious food, clean pool and beautiful beach. An awesome place to relax. Thanks for staff and receiption tried a lot to communicate with fast boat company during the bad weather and so that we can back to BALI safe and on time. A gorgeous experience on Lembongan.

Exceptional”

From the moment we walked into reception we knew we’d love the place. The warm welcoming smiles, the refreshing drink and cold towel on arrival. Check in was seamless and we were taken to our lagoon pool access room. The room was spacious, the bathroom was amazing, the lagoon pool was private. We had dinner there once, the seafood bbq and it was delicious and cheap. The outside pool is sufficient and there are plenty of places to lay down by the pool or beach. I can not fault this hotel. I even left clothes there and they arranged delivery to my next hotel.. I read some reviews about Chinese tourists taking over and that is just not true. They do have day trippers come, but they did not ruin any part of my visit. Would I stay again? Hell yes. I had such a great time at this hotel. Employees are awesome, and the facilities are great.. I love this place.

The hotel is nice, but could do with some renovation here and there. Villas are roomy and very nice. Breakfast is simple, but fine. Location is nice and quiet at the north western tip of nusa lembongan. What really stands out at this hotel is how helpful and nice the staff is. The team led by Ruddy, Dewa and Bastian will do anything to make you feel comfortable and at home. We had a great stay.

Nice hotel but poor staff handling of unexpected situations”

D’Nusa Beach Club is a good hotel with decent amenities and a beautiful beach. However the front desk staff made us wait about 1.5-2hours at check in because they couldn’t find our reservation. We finally got upgraded for one of our rooms because they didn’t have the beds we had requested. Later that day, they made me come back for another hour to the front desk and treated me like I was trying to rip them off or something since they still couldn’t find the reservation (problem on the booking agent side). Instead of offering me to honor the same price we had initially paid through the booking agent, they showed me insane “walk in prices” and tried to take back the upgrade they themselves had agreed to give us. The room was finally given to us still but we ended up spending very little time at the hotel after these very uncomfortable encounters.

best hotel in Lembongan. perfect location, perfect facilities, perfect beach, the best sunset point! lagoon suite is huge! staff is really nice. the only thing that let down was the cleaning. towels were not white at all, some stains at the sheets, sand on the bed and sofa, toothpaste stains at glass wall in the bathroom. however, hotel is so good that I'd stay again

I stayed in Lagoon room with pool access for 4 days. It was a good choice. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The room was cleaned everyday by a room attendant, which was good. Nasi goreng as A la carte breakfast menu was so tasty. It was one of best Nasi goreng that I had during my trip in Bali. The breakfast buffet was average. I must say that staff was amazing. Specially, receptionists were so welcoming and helpful. We could arrange transportation, renting motorbike and tour easily with their help. Thanks to them, our staying at D'nusa was pleasant. I will definitely stay this hotel again without a second thought.

Rooms & staff are fabulous!”

On arrival, the front of the resort looks like a construction zone, but follow the little laneway and you come to the resort which was lovely! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was great! The rooms were fabulous; spacious, nicely appointed, great king size beds in both, beautiful bathrooms, robes, and a turn down service with fruit platter daily! I had read other reviews which talked of the Chinese visitors and we did experience this but they didn't impact our stay as we had our own pool for the few hours that they took over the main pool. The food was good and we had a few meals here, the only negative really was that there were lots of flies, which could be due to the construction outside. This resort will be amazing when finished, but even as it was, it was really nice, the staff were lovely (especially Ceni, Andreas & Dewi).

The Best place to stay in lembongan.”

The place was clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful and courteous. You could relax at the beach for hours at night sipping beers. We were a vegetarian couple and found the food to be delicious. To be honest, we liked the veg options. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us. It was the best stay in whole bali trip. Would definitely stay again in the same place.

Very helpful staff but the direct access pool water was cold sea water ”

Thanks to the hotel staff that help us to get the boat from bali to lembongan when we could not find any due to the lombok earthquakes impact. Help to changed room when the room aircond not functioning. However, the direct pool access water was too cold to swim.

Good stay”

The hotel just opened so there are a lot of things that are still not done. Such as the gym or spa, the hot water wasn't working for my room either and they had to bring buckets of hot water for me to take a shower. However one of the nicer places to stay on lembongan. Breakfast was a Buffet and was pretty good. Just wished the staff overall at the hotel spoke better English, I had to google an image of a bowl to show them after 5 unsuccessful tries at getting them to bring me a bowl.

Loved the island Snorkelling was great People very friendly Our resort pool was GREEN for the entire stay. We were forced to use the pools of other properties, on occasions paying to do so. I expected better from D’Nusa Beach club and resort.
