Great location and quite helpful staff”

My needs were unusual - I was a bicycle tourer meeting another one in Hat Yai. My bike was too big to fit in the lift easily (though I could have done so as I have at many other hotels, by lifting the front wheel up) but they asked me to park it in their office where they could keep an eye on it as well. It remained safe throughout my stay. One of the Concierge was very helpful and arranged a massage and so on for us. The hotel itself is old but comfortable and clean. My only issues were that the light at the bed head was not working (old LED strip) and the shower water temperature was hard to control so I had very hot showers. Still, they were not serious issues to me and I enjoyed my stay. The location is great and near my favourite pub in Hat Yai, Post Laser Disc, and also to some other sites like markets and even the railway station.

Great location, early check in”

We arrived at Hat Yai around 7am and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in so early. The room is clean with very basic facilities which is alright with us. You can get whatever else you need at the minimart across the street or any of the 7-11 in that area. The location is great. Walking distance to Kim Yong, Lee Garden. The only drawback is that the area is pretty noisy. But can’t be help as it is in a popular area.

Hatyai Trip 2019”

D One Hotel is 20mins frm the airport by taxi. Room with basic amenities eg. standing shower, bathroom amenities, mini fridge, autoboiler, coffee and drinking water. The bed is very comfy and you can find the extra pillow in the closet. Varieties of tv channels and Malaysia local channel also available. The mini fridge is cold and the hot shower is great. Room is without iron and hair dryer but not a problem to me. Polite and helpful staffs. Definitely will come and stay again in this hotel.

Reasonable price hotel”

reasonable price hotel with good access to all places in central Hatyai. Only the building and room a bit old, but it is ok. Got car parking lot for those who travel using car.

good location”

location was v. good. only a short 5mins walk to Lee garden and nearby shopping center. Kim Yong market is also a 10mins walk from the hotel. there are a lots of eatery shops around especially the one opposite the hotel serving the best bak kut teh in my opinion. Room was clean and with simple amenities like shampoo sachets and hand soap.. fresh towels and free bottle water are replenished daily. They don't provide hair dryer and safebox in the room though. it can be a bit of noisy from the passing traffic as our room was facing the road. Overall, I would recommend this hotel whether u are here for a short or long trip if u don't mind the simple but clean hotel. a very convenient location.

Pleasant stay”

The location is good. Most of the attractions (Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden Plaza, Santisuk market etc) and railway station is within walking distance. If you boarded the bus from Malaysia, most of the buses last destination (Alisan, KKKL etc) is just few mins walk to this hotel. Both halal and non-halal food were easy to find around this area. As for the room, pretty decent. Good amount of TV channel, hot shower, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. Tuk tuks are easily available outside the hotel. The only downside is sometimes there are moldy/damp smell and the walls are thin you can hear the next door chit chatting. Check-in/out process were okey, but they INSIST to have your passport regardless you provide them with a copy. In return, you travel around with a “passport receipt” that acknowledges that they have your passport for safe keeping. This was my biggest NO. Overall its a decent hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this to others.

Value for money & strategic location”

Hotel looks a bit old, but I'm surprised by its cleanliness. Staffs are friendly, we arrived at 9am and able to check in immediately. Linens are clean, beds are comfy and clean as well. Toilets are clean be it in the room or lobby. The only problems we had is just access card no working the first time and we had to go back down to reception to fix it, and there's no control of the water heater- water is hot no matter how we did it. Fortunately, help came right away after we informed the reception and problem solved almost immediately! Im happy with the location as well, as its so near with halal eateries and walking distance to most of the attractions. As it's not too near with main shopping mall area, night is peaceful without noise. Transportation was never a problem since we can easily get tuktuk in front of the hotel, and many Grab drivers around most of the time in the hotel area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Recommended :)

Good hotel”

Location is good. Near to Lee Garden Plaza. Only 5 minutes walks from hotel. Nearest to halal restaurant food. Nearest to Hatyai train station. 7 minutes by walks. Nearest to Hatyai bus station. 5 minutes by grab car. Nearest to Central Festival and Asean Night Market. Overall is good to stay here.

Affordable and comfortable.”

New hotel in old building, but they manage to makesure this hotel look like a new one. I wont complain. The price is affordable, got flat tv screen, fridge, coffee and drinking water as compliment.. nearby lee garden just one or two block, not far.

Great location, clean room and value for money”

The location of this hotel is strategic with many eateries around it. It is abt 5mins walking to the Lee Garden Plaza. We travelled by Alisan bus from KL, and the drop off point to this hotel is approximately 200 meter. The room is very clean and they make up our room everyday during our 4d3n stay. Staffs friendly and helpful. Will come back to this hotel again and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

budget traveler 3 stars hotel”

we arrive 8 morning, and the guys in reseptionist very helpfull to allow us check in early, hotel its clear like in picture, we got high floor so have view, just 1-5 minute walk to center city, night markets, the famous icon lee garden plaza mall and hotel with 33 sky view buffet restaurant so easy to go from this hotels, we use bus from tbs kl the bus stop KKKL its exactly cross the street from the hotel, so we easy just cross the street for cacth the bus for back to kl. very value for money and we can enjoy stay in this hotel because unluck so many raining when we comes to hatyai

Extremely helpful and friendly personal”

The personal is extremely helpful. They helped to track a lost briefcase which was missed between airport and hotel. By reviewing video recordings they could track the "finder" and organized the delivery.

Excellent”

Refurbished hotel. Room is very clean. King size bed which is extremely comfortable to sleep on. Still missing the bed now. Very near to Lee Garden Plaza, within walking distance but yet, it’s out of the busy street. Therefore, it’s quiet and nice to stay.

Very good location, but room wise need improvement”

The location of this hotel is very near to Lee garden market which is convenient for tourists. However the hotel is slightly on the old side, and so happened that the lights in our room weren't working, even when we asked them to check and change, no action was taken. So we had to only depend on the lights in the washroom area. I must give credit to one of the bellboy, he offered to make a call to our tour agent when we were waiting for our van to go back. Friendly and nice guy

nice staff ”

this is 2nd time i stay this hotel ,because of my early flight i reach hotel on the early morning the staff let me check in to my room to rest....its very nice ...and good location too
