The best place to stay in Johor with budget ... 1. Best location .. a few steps to legoland, mall and supermarket .. easy to find food 2. Love the check in and check out process .. 3. Pros: 1) Apartment is big n very clean. 2)Affordable n vry reasonable price. 3) 5 mins walk to legoland. 4) just across the rd to medini mall where u can find a few eateries n 2 convenience stores (mall is connected to legoland entrance). 5) this particular apartmt has vry nice sceneries (10th floor, facing pool n legoland). 6) there r 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is also an extra small room plus a bathroom at the service balcony outside the kitchn area. Cons: 1) no 3in1s coffee/tea so u need to bring ur own, + milk, sugar 2) no cups. Only provided glass. So if u are the type who likes to sip coffee/tea while resting overlooking the sceneries...u need to buy ur own coffee tea n cups! 3) got kettle but no teapot. Usually all apartmts tt i stayed in, owner usually prepares a simple teapot set, unless its a hotel. 4) no drying rack n no laundry detergnt although there is a washing machine. No detrgnt no prob..can buy but isnt it logic to prepare a drying rack at least? 5) only given 4 hangers in the whole apartmt 6) no railings in bathrooms to hang ur towels/ clothes 7) only given portable wifi. Not convenient cos u need to contantly charge it. 8) the aircon in the apartmt is not vry cold n the one in the hall automatically off aftr abt every 20 mins. 9) the bed is queen size but it seems a bit smaller than the usual queen size. More like a double bed. 10) no sweep/mop provided. 11) would b nice if there is a smal outdoor chair n table in the balcony. 12) no trashbags provided. 13) no dishwasing liquids 14) no toiletries except shower gel n shampoo tht got no smell :( In conclusion, even if the apartmt seems cheap n affordable, aftr we hv to buy some neccessities (dishwashg liquid, laundry detergnt, hanging rack, cups, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, some 3 in 1s etc) at the convenienve store, the price is the same as if u had stayed in a hotel. I purposely write this long review so viewers can consider bringing all these essentials tt i hv mention

first legoland visit”

The apartment is a one bedroom suite. They provide basic iron with iron board, hairdryer, cooking facilities, huge fridge, washing machine, electric water kettle and centralized water heater. Cooking utensils are provided but minimum. Glass/mugs are not provided. A very cheap option and close to legoland (walking distance only)

Very nice suite..all furnitures are from ikea. Living room is very comfortable. Wide dining area and kitchen. Walking distance from legoland.

Was expecting bathtub”

Purposely booked this property as it is said to have bath tub. Unfortunately, when we arrived, my kids was extremely disappointed that it does not have a bath tub. They even brought bath bombs for d stay. The Aircon was not working well n one of d nights Internet also had some problem. During d 2 nights stay, both nights, d downstairs beighbour on their tecno music so loud until wee hours...till 4am.. we couldn't sleep well. Despite complaining to d management, d noise only stop for awhile n thn continued again. We also complained to the Holi management. So out of courtesy, they gave us 1 extra night stay. Even though it wasn't a fully pleasant stay, I m thankful for the extra night stay which allows us to check out later tht night n skip d jam back home

Great host”

Walking distance to legoland. Not recommend to park your car at level 5 if you have big car like suv or mpv. You can just park in any open area. My kid left his watch in the room and host is kind enough to send it back to us. God bless you and I hope you will do better in this hard times.

Affordable & Near Legoland”

Affordable price for a 2 bedroom unit., Newly built condominium., Clean and with amenities. Just across the street of mall of medini which is heading to legoland.

Excellent in Every Way”

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property was. The host was extremely helpful and gave great directions. The place was clean. Although it was simple it was nicely decorated and the views are amazing. The property is directly next to legoland and the mall so the food and activity options are excellent

good location, only need to go across the street to reach Mall of Medini, area that beside Legoland nice staff that accommodate our booking we booked 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, it comes with clean bathrooms and facilities on the kotchen is suitable for travelers who like to cook

Very good”

Unit should be provided with cleaning equipment i.e. broom, dust pan, toilet brush, toilet cleaner especially for longer stays. Nobody is cleaning the unit everyday so the people renting the place should clean-up by themselves.

Pleasant stay”

It's very convenient, self-check in and check out. It's a new building, and not fully open yet. Spectacular view and it's very near to Legoland. It's good to stay there if you're driving or have transport. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Really nice and clean place”

We were pleasantly surprised on how clean the place was. It was spick and span. Facilities were real good. Everything was new. Some things to improve. 1. The internet device given did not have enough power and could not be used. It requires an old android type charger which we did not have. Since we checked in quite late (12am), not much help was available. Hence maybe, it will be good to leave a charger in the house for such situations. 2. There was no remote control for the ceiling fans so no way to regulate the speed. Having said the above, I will still return again.

Spacious room and strategically located right next to legoland, bad thing about this building it’s still under construction, mostly in common areas.

Good”

We stayed at 2 rooms family suite. The rooms was cosy and come with full kitchenette, the bonus point is there is washing machine for us to wash our clothes. The poo is great and clean. However, the place is still under construction and the apartment is run by agent, in our case, we need to collect the room key from a nearby outlet.

1st time staying in these apartment. came down looking for a receptionist counter but was told by guard to call the person in charge.. i book thru agoda and call the hotline number and was told to go to medini mall at round about (near the grab drop off point) to collect the key from him. unit was almost empty but some still undergoing renovation.. Stayed in soho B and location n price wise is better than other nearby hotel for staycation. building is new but facilities yet to be completed at B building.. u can go to building A to enjoy the facilities there also. its about 50m apart.
